"Excellent"
The service at this hotel is excellent at every level! The waiters, Captain Ivan, the security team, and especially Mr. Ramon Cobos were incredibly helpful and always maintained a positive attitude that brightened our day. Their attentiveness and professionalism made our stay truly memorable.

"Recommended"
We spent a weekend at this hotel with our family, and everything was excellent. The rooms were clean, the breakfast buffet was complete and exquisite, and the customer service was truly spectacular. Everyone was helpful and attentive to our needs, making the stay very comfortable. Overall, everything about our experience was simply spectacular!

"Very good experience, very quiet, good security, good cleanliness"
The air conditioning in our room did not work, and the safe was not set up, which was inconvenient. However, the service at reception was excellent—Raul Alvarez, Martin, Placido, and Ramon were all very helpful. The hotel maintained good hygiene and cleanliness throughout the rooms and common areas. Security was strong, and the food was good, making for an overall positive stay.

"Excellent Hotel"
We received outstanding service from the moment we arrived, even earlier than check-in. From the valet parking staff to reception, the restaurant, and the waiters, everyone demonstrated a great attitude and attentiveness, ensuring a very pleasant and welcoming experience throughout our stay.

"A wonderful vacation!"

"A good location"
This is a very good hotel with comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, and very friendly staff. Its location in the city center is ideal for exploring nearby attractions. The only areas for improvement are the timing of room cleaning—our room wasn’t ready when we returned from afternoon walks—and some noise, which slightly affected the overall comfort.
