"An Amazing time at Dubai International Airport"
"Dubai International Airport continues to stand out as an exceptionally beautiful and charming airport. The staff, who work seamlessly together, are all equally kind and courteous in their own unique ways.
"Thank you emirates"
Despite several issues with our connecting flights (Emirates to Airlink) — none of which were Emirates’ fault — the airline went above and beyond to assist us. One of our bags was lost, but they managed to recover it the same day, which was a huge relief. While they initially stated they weren’t responsible for the changeover problems, they still chose to help us. They covered the cost of a luxury hotel for the night, along with lunch and dinner. A staff member personally escorted us to collect our luggage and helped us catch the bus. They even issued us new tickets free of charge and gave us access to the airport lounge — all because of a brief luggage mishap. Unfortunately, long customs lines caused us to miss our connecting flight, and staff weren’t allowing anyone to skip the queue, which added to the stress. As for the flight itself, the food was basic but sufficient, and while legroom was limited, that’s to be expected in economy. Overall, Emirates handled a difficult situation with excellent customer care and generosity. I really appreciated their support during a frustrating travel experience.
"Great flight. Try to Improve more."
"I recently flew from Dhaka to Medina with a layover in Dubai, both legs operated by Boeing 777s. The flight from DAC to DXB was unexpectedly delayed, but the legroom was decent and overall comfort was as expected. I couldn't help but admire the business class seats throughout the journey. The highlight was definitely the entertainment system and the food — both top-notch. However, the service on the first leg to Dubai was disappointing. The crew seemed a bit inattentive, repeatedly passing us during meal service. We finally received our food after about 30 minutes to an hour. Fortunately, the crew on the second flight was much better — very kind and attentive. One of them even offered me a plush toy, which was a thoughtful gesture. Thank you, Emirates, for an overall good flight experience
"Good flight with a few small issues"
Smooth and Comfortable Emirates Flight from Dubai to Prague We chose Emirates Economy for our trip from Dubai to Prague due to its convenient direct route and excellent destination options. Online check-in was quick and hassle-free, and the flight departed and arrived right on schedule. The seats were comfortable, and I managed to get a good rest. Both the cabin and bathrooms were clean and well-maintained throughout the journey. Headphones were provided, and the halal meals were tasty and satisfying. The in-flight entertainment system offered a great selection of movies, though the I.C.E. promotional video could use an update. The cabin crew were friendly and courteous, contributing to a pleasant flying experience. We tested the Wi-Fi, which unfortunately was on the slower side, but overall, it was a great flight—I’d definitely fly Emirates again.
"For economy seating this airline is nothing special"
The economy seat on this flight was comparable to what you'd find on American Airlines or Delta — nothing exceptional. The service was average, and overall, the experience in economy didn’t stand out in any particular way.
"A pleasant flight to Dubai that went as expected"
This was my second time flying with Emirates to Dubai, and everything went smoothly once again. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food in economy was decent — nothing to complain about. The inflight entertainment had a wide selection of movies, so there was no need to download anything in advance. The seats were reasonably comfortable, and for a six-hour flight, perfectly manageable. Both boarding and disembarking were efficient, aside from the usual rush of passengers who can’t seem to stay seated until the plane has fully stopped.
"Generally comfortable and good"
A comfortable flight with punctual service and efficient baggage handling. The onboard entertainment system was excellent, and the food was very good overall. The only downside was that my wife requested specific food items twice, as advertised, but the cabin crew forgot to bring them on both occasions
"Terrible experience with emirates"
I flew with my family (four of us) in late May to early June 2024 on a round-trip direct flight from DFW to Dubai with Emirates. I chose Emirates based on their glowing reviews and strong reputation, but the experience was deeply disappointing. The economy cabin was underwhelming compared to other airlines — seats had visible food stains, and the cabin felt unclean. The flight crew seemed uninterested in helping passengers in economy, with visibly annoyed attitudes. The food was bland and unappetizing, and any request made outside of designated service times was met with resistance or ignored. To make matters worse, many of the crew members acted as though they didn’t understand English, which made communication frustrating. Don’t be fooled by the hype — my advice is to skip Emirates and book with another airline that delivers on their promises.
"Great flights but very poor transfers service"
"Overall, a wonderful airline with just one disappointing experience. I was scheduled to be transferred from my hotel to the airport by an Emirates chauffeur, but unfortunately, no one showed up. Thankfully, the hotel quickly arranged alternative transportation. I submitted a refund request to Emirates along with the receipt, but to date, I’ve received no response or reimbursement. This lack of follow-up is very disappointing. If necessary, I’m prepared to take the matter to small claims court.
