"Cabin crew"

The cabin crew were exceptionally attentive, especially Syafira. She was punctual, meticulous with every detail, and showed great patience throughout the flight. Her professionalism truly stood out

"An Average airline"

Not as advertised. My flight from Doha to Montreal was disappointing — the aircraft felt outdated, the seats were cramped, and legroom was minimal. The food was average at best. Overall, just an average airline experience.

"Great Experience with Room for Improvement"

The food was great, although diversifying the options — perhaps by adding more Arabian dishes — could make it even better. The in-flight entertainment was awesome, though adding a few more options, especially in the games and movies sections, would be a nice touch. I also genuinely appreciated the free in-flight Wi-Fi, even though I didn’t use it myself. However, one area for improvement was the connecting flight information. There was some confusion as I was directed to one gate, only to later rush to another. I’m willing to give Qatar Airways another chance to improve, but if I encounter discrepancies between the information displayed on the pre-departure screens and seatback screens again, I’ll update my review accordingly.

"Nice trip with Qatar Airways"

I had a pleasant trip with Qatar Airways from Ho Chi Minh City to Doha aboard a Boeing 777. The entertainment screen was excellent, and complimentary Wi-Fi was available for Privilege Club customers. The staff was great, though not quite as exceptional as the ‘dream crew’ I’ve experienced on previous flights with Qatar Airways, where the service was outstanding. However, it was still a good experience overall. The food was delicious, and the 8-hour journey to Doha was comfortable. I have no doubt that Qatar Airways will continue to improve where needed while maintaining the excellent service they’re known for.

"Issue Resolved by Qatar Airways"

I would like to provide an update regarding my previous complaint about Qatar Airways' refusal to allow a ticket modification. After extensive communication and persistence, the airline has finally issued a new ticket for March 18, 2025, enabling the passenger to complete their journey successfully. While I appreciate Qatar Airways for ultimately resolving the issue, I must note that the process was unnecessarily difficult and required significant effort to achieve a fair outcome. I hope that Qatar Airways takes steps to improve its customer service responsiveness and flexibility when handling ticket modifications, ensuring a smoother experience for passengers in the future. I share this update in hopes that it helps others who may face similar challenges.

"A completely neglectful attitude when they lose your baggage."

Initially, everything was fine. We had a flight from Doha to Yerevan and were extremely tired after nearly 20 hours of travel. However, upon arrival in Yerevan, we discovered that all of our luggage was missing. The luggage handling process at Yerevan airport was extremely poor — a situation I’ve mentioned before and will continue to highlight. The luggage loss reporting process was slow and inefficient, which only added to our frustration. Arriving at 4 AM, exhausted and sleep-deprived, and then learning that our luggage wasn’t even there was incredibly disheartening. To make matters worse, our luggage contained essential items, including important medications. Thankfully, our luggage arrived two days later, but had it been delayed any longer, we could have faced serious health issues. I had dental issues and had planned to see a doctor during those two days, but without my necessary items, I missed the appointment. At first, I had high hopes for this flight, but it turned into one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Hearing "We lost your luggage" is never something any passenger should experience. The only update I received on the day of arrival was, "We don’t know where it is." How is it possible that there was no immediate information on the whereabouts of our luggage? There was no compensation for parking fees, stress, or lost time, nor even a simple apology. It felt as if this situation was considered normal, which is deeply disappointing. Additionally, some new items from the USA were in my luggage, and while they were packed to avoid damage, I noticed that an iron box had been visibly altered by the time it was returned. I’m left wondering how the luggage was handled during transit and delivery. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I hope future travelers don’t have to face the same challenges, and that the airline takes more responsibility for improving luggage handling processes.

"Fly with them but don’t upgrade"

Qatar Airways is certainly a curate’s egg of an airline – there are both positive and negative aspects. On one hand, the uniformed ground staff are exceptionally polite and helpful, and the cabin crew are lovely, accommodating, and very professional. However, the office staff, both before and after the flight, leave much to be desired. We had booked flights as part of a package and paid a significant amount to upgrade our seats. Unfortunately, we never got to sit in those upgraded seats, and instead, we were assigned different seats at check-in. Despite multiple complaints upon our return, our concerns have been completely ignored. I have contacted Qatar Airways six times and provided extensive documentation, including receipts and details of our issue. I’ve been promised refunds, vouchers, and compensation, but so far, nothing has materialized. As a result, I’ve had to resort to making a Section 75 claim against the airline to recover some of the costs. My advice to future passengers is: Do not pay for extras unless you’re using a credit card. Speaking to staff on the phone has been frustrating at best – either they don’t know what they’re talking about and give incorrect information or, at worst, they just tell outright lies." In conclusion, while Qatar Airways shines in certain areas, their customer service and handling of complaints leave a lot to be desired. I hope they improve their communication and follow-through on promises.

"Great Airline"

This was my first time flying with Qatar Airways, and I was quite impressed. Both flights were on time, and I appreciated the good food selection and excellent service throughout. The Dreamliner is fantastic – very comfortable and modern. From check-in to arrival, everything went smoothly. Additionally, Doha Airport was very easy to navigate, which made the entire experience even better.
