"Poor and disrespectful staff at gate"
Lady at boarding gate started shouting at me while my shoes were in plastic bag attached to my other bag when I argumented that I flew like this three times before with Vueling this journey. Had to put them in the other bag. Not flying again with these people
"Worst EU airline"
Cattle airways. I am not even able to open my laptop because of how tight it is. If it was cheap, I would almost understand.
"EASY"
This was an easy flight from start to finish. The booking process, check-in, and flight itself were all smooth. It departed relatively on time and everything went without a hitch—overall, a great experience.

The flight was on time, and the flight attendants were great. However, the pilots didn’t perform as well. The landing was quite rough, and during the final approach, the plane shook violently, which was unsettling.

My experience with Vueling was the worst ever. Our flight was delayed due to "traffic," and it seems that every time there is congestion, Vueling doesn't have priority to fly. This caused significant delays, and the lack of communication and support made the whole situation frustrating. It’s disappointing when an airline doesn't manage these kinds of issues well.
"A good budget airline."
Maybe I got lucky, but I don’t think so. I flew with Vueling from Gatwick to Barcelona and back, and both flights were seamless. I wouldn’t hesitate to fly with them again or recommend the airline. It’s simply a standard budget airline. Both flights took off on time, and my luggage arrived where it should have at all times. You can choose to believe all the negative reviews, but based on my experience, I’d give them full marks.

There were no drinks or food served on the plane, and masks are still required during the flight unless you’re eating or drinking the food or drink you bring on board. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the rude attitude of some of the female staff.
"Employee need a course in customer service"
On arrival at Gatwick, we were instructed to use the self-check-in machine to check in our hold bag. There were two of us, but we couldn’t remember who the bag was under at the time. When we asked the staff member for assistance, she responded with a huff and shrugged, offering no helpful guidance. I tried checking it in under my name, but the bag didn’t appear. She then suggested scanning the printed boarding pass for the second passenger, but this didn’t work either. When I asked what to do next, she shrugged again and walked away. We attempted to go to a manual check-in counter, but another staff member shouted at us to stop, insisting we return to the machine. When I explained our difficulty and asked for help, she refused and directed us back to the machine. Thankfully, a kind passenger stepped in to help us complete the process manually. Unfortunately, this negative interaction left us frustrated at the start of our journey, though everything else went smoothly, and our flight departed on time. This experience could have been much better if the staff had been more helpful and understanding, especially considering it was early in the morning.

Smooth Flight and Good Service with Vueling Airlines Overall, I had a great experience flying with Vueling Airlines. Everything went smoothly, as expected, with no issues at all. I highly recommend them!
"Everything Ok!"
Everything went according to schedule, which was great! However, the boarding process was a bit messy. Passengers were called to board by sectors, and since we were in the last sector (seats 6C/6D, located at the front of the plane), we were among the last to board. By the time we got on, there was no space left in the overhead compartments, so our cabin luggage had to be checked into the cargo hold. When I asked about it, I was told only the first 70 cabin bags are guaranteed space and that I should select a different boarding sector next time—which didn’t make much sense. In the end, we had to wait for our bags at baggage claim as if we had checked them in.

Great Service from Cabin Crew Check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. The overall experience was what you’d expect from a budget airline, but the cabin crew delivered first-class service.
"Overall disappointing"
Our flight from Lisbon to Barcelona was fine overall. We had paid for an upgrade and were seated in row 5, but were not given priority boarding as expected. Fortunately, it didn’t cause an issue on that leg. However, our experience from Barcelona to Venice was disappointing. Despite paying a premium for seats in the first row, we arrived after priority boarding and were sent to the end of the line. One flight attendant was helpful, but another was noticeably rude. The overhead bins marked as reserved for row 1 were already full, leaving no space for our carry-on items—so be aware that unless you board early, your bags may end up wherever there’s room. Also, note that the upgrade fee includes only priority boarding and one checked bag—no complimentary snacks, drinks, or even water, and no Wi-Fi. When you add it all up, the cost of flying with this airline rivals that of better, more comfortable carriers. Next time, I’d rather pay a little more for a higher quality experience.

Terrible flight was delayed 2 hours and took off after it should have landed. The luggage was also delayed by twenty minutes
