"Worst Website on the Internet"
This is by far the worst website I’ve encountered on the internet. The seats were dirty, and the customer service was completely non-existent. I would not recommend this airline to anyone unless you’re looking for a terrible experience.
"The staff have to learn English!!!"
I've flown with GOL a few times, from SP to Rio and from Rio to Cuiabá, and all flights were on time with no delays. However, the ground service needs significant improvement. It's quite difficult to find anyone who speaks English, which is frustrating. GOL, seriously? It's 2019, and it's not too much to ask for some basic English lessons for your ground staff. Why should customers be nervous about something so simple, like trying to find someone who can communicate in English?
"Good experience"
I had a good experience with GOL Airlines. After reading some negative reviews about GOL Brasil, I was a bit apprehensive about flying with them. However, I was pleasantly surprised. They did cancel my flight a few days in advance, which was frustrating, but I was able to rebook for any available flight, which made the situation easier to manage. Their customer service was surprisingly friendly and helpful. As for the in-flight experience, it was better than expected for a low-cost airline: the seats were comfortable, and they even served water and snacks during the flight.
"don’t use that airline"
It’s been a complete disaster! I couldn't check in at all. On the computer, the "next" button does nothing, and on the phone, I can't even get to the check-in page. This has been extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I strongly advise against using this airline – stay away!
"Too narrow space"
The flight was on time, and the service was great. There’s nothing to complain about. The flight attendants were their usual friendly selves, and everything went smoothly. A very pleasant experience overall.

I flew domestically from Porto Alegre to Rio with GOL, and the service was average to good, comparable to budget airlines like EasyJet. The flight itself was fine, but the real issue was with the website. The English version is not fully functional, making it difficult to proceed with online check-in. For example, it took hours to figure out that I needed a Brazilian CPF number, which I didn’t have. This left me frustrated right before my flight. There’s no clear support or hotline on the website, so I ended up using the app to check in. I was also relieved to find that I could check in at the airport. Overall, the website needs significant improvement for international travelers.
"Don’t fly this airlines"
I had a very frustrating experience with my recent flight. First, everyone boarding in group 2 or above was forced to check their carry-on luggage, even though there was clearly enough room in the overhead compartments. Then, our first flight was delayed, causing us to miss our connection. We were told that airline staff would be available at the arrival gate to assist us, but there was no one there. After searching for the right counter, we had to wait in line for at least 30 minutes, even though we were labeled as "priority". Lastly, when we went to retrieve our luggage at the lost luggage desk, we could see our bags clearly on the floor behind the agent. However, the agent insisted that our bags weren't there and tried to send us elsewhere. It took some convincing to get him to turn around and actually look for our bags. This entire experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
"Nice fly"
GOL may be a relatively small airline, but it's definitely a good choice. The flight attendants were attentive and friendly, and the food was decent. Overall, a pleasant experience.

For a budget airline, GOL exceeded expectations, providing excellent service and making the journey enjoyable. Highly recommend!"
