"Business Class on board team"

The hospitality of the onboard team was commendable. A special mention goes to Mrs. Dania, who stood out with her exceptional service and warm personality. She treated passengers with great care and professionalism, making the journey even more pleasant. Flight date: 23 March 2025. Thank you for a great experience!

"Yara was amazing"

My name is Osama, and I truly enjoyed my flight to JFK with Royal Jordanian. I want to highlight the exceptional service I received from one of the flight attendants, Yara. I was feeling unwell during the flight, and she went above and beyond to make me feel better. She immediately recognized my discomfort and brought me some medicine that helped me feel much better. I just wanted to take a moment to let Royal Jordanian know they have an amazing flight attendant in Yara — she is a real asset to the team. I was seated in the first row in the middle, and her kindness and attentiveness made the flight much more comfortable. Thank you, Yara, and Royal Jordanian for providing such outstanding service!

"Bad experience."

The worst service and scheduling. On my flight from the USA to Amman, the flight attendants were sleeping and didn’t check on anyone. On the return flight, they were sitting in the kitchen chatting, with no snacks or drinks offered—just two meals for a 12-hour flight. When I asked for water, they handed me cups that had been sitting on the corner for who knows how long. This flight was a disaster, and my advice is to avoid it. I recommend they train their staff with airlines like Qatar or Saudi Airlines for better service.

"Take you food and water with you"

The flight was direct and the shortest available on the route, which was a major plus. However, the in-flight experience could use improvement. The food served was practically inedible—I’d recommend bringing a backup sandwich or eating prior to departure. For an 11-hour long-haul flight, the drinking water supply was insufficient. Water was only distributed with the two meal services, which is not enough to stay hydrated over such a long journey. The seats were relatively comfortable, which helped make the flight more bearable. Boarding, however, was quite disorganized, largely due to passengers not following instructions. It might be more efficient if the airline introduced barriers or better signage to guide boarding by zone. Overall, it's a functional option for direct travel, but don't expect much in terms of catering or boarding experience.

"Flying business was okay"

This was my first time flying business class (Crown Class) with Royal Jordanian, and overall, the experience was fair. Booking the flight online was easy and straightforward. However, I was unable to check in online the day before the flight, which was a bit frustrating. One of the highlights was the check-in process at Amman Airport. Business class passengers use a dedicated entrance (Door 1), which made everything smoother and more efficient. The aircraft itself felt quite dated and was noticeably noisy, which detracted from the premium feel. The food was just okay—nothing special. The onboard service was also average. While the crew were polite and friendly, the experience didn’t feel particularly luxurious. The seats were clean and comfortable, but there was very little privacy. The layout was quite tight for a business class cabin, with no partitions between seats. One personal disappointment was that the travel Dua was cut very short during takeoff. I believe it would be more respectful to include the full Dua, especially as it holds meaning for many passengers. Overall, while it wasn’t a bad experience, there are definitely areas for improvement if Royal Jordanian wants to offer a truly premium business class service.

"OK Trip"

I flew with Royal Jordanian from Beirut International Airport to Amman, then connected to a flight to Copenhagen — a total travel time of about six hours. The check-in process was fast and efficient, and the flight attendants were friendly, nice, and helpful throughout the journey. The food served was disappointing, as it was cold and lacked flavor. The flight from Amman to Copenhagen was very crowded, and unfortunately, the bathrooms were not well-maintained despite the relatively short flight duration. However, the flight in the early morning (6 AM) from Amman was quite empty, making the experience a bit more comfortable. While the service was courteous, there's room for improvement in terms of catering and cleanliness on board.

"Never again"

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this airline. I booked a flight months in advance, but when the day came, my flight was overbooked. They only gave a ticket to my flight companion, which meant we were split up. I ended up taking a different flight with a long layover in London, arriving in Amsterdam six hours later than my companion. There was no apology and absolutely no compensation offered. It's completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I will definitely be reconsidering flying with this airline in the future.

"Middle service flight class"

I flew with Royal Jordanian from Beirut International Airport to Amman, then connected to a flight to Copenhagen — a total travel time of about six hours. "Nice airline"

The staff on board were professional, polite, and courteous throughout the journey, which I really appreciated. However, the aircraft—an Airbus A320—felt outdated, especially for a long-haul flight. The seats were not full recliners, and there were no personal entertainment screens. Instead, passengers were expected to use their own mobile devices for in-flight entertainment, which isn't ideal for longer trips. While the service was commendable, the overall onboard experience could be significantly improved with more modern aircraft and amenities.

"Maybe not visit a place if I had to fly RJ to get there"

I do not recommend this airline. I flew from SFO to Amman and back (with American Airlines on the first and last legs). The crew on both flights were lackluster—rude service and poor management, such as running out of wine and meal options and giving up on finding alternatives. The 787 was uncomfortable, with tight seats, narrow aisles, and thin cushioning that created a “massaging” effect whenever anyone moved. The entertainment was outdated, with boring shows, and the meal portions were small and bland. The overhead flight plan screen was constantly on, even during dimmed lighting, making it hard to sleep due to the bright flickering. Passengers were loud, with crying babies and kids running around. By the middle of the flight, the aisles were littered, and the crew did nothing to address the disorganization. Overall, it was a frustrating and uncomfortable experience.

"Great Service"

My flight from Doha to Amman with Royal Jordanian was smooth and enjoyable. The flight was punctual, and the hospitality on board was excellent. The staff were friendly and professional, and the meal served was of good quality. For the return journey from Amman to Doha, I appreciated the convenience of checking in at their city office. I was able to get my boarding pass and drop off my luggage ahead of time, which meant I could go straight to immigration at the airport with no hassle.
