"The only reason to book this flight is the price"
As with many other Mahan flights, the aircraft was noticeably old, and unfortunately, only one washroom was operational during the journey. However, the professionalism and friendliness of the cabin crew and pilots truly stood out—they remain the airline’s biggest strength.
"Good Service but old planes"
As a fearful flyer, I rarely choose budget airlines—mainly because I worry they might not have the same maintenance standards as the bigger carriers. That said, the service and food onboard were genuinely excellent. My only concern was the age of the aircraft—an Airbus A310, which felt quite dated. While everything went smoothly, I couldn’t help but feel a bit uneasy due to the aircraft's age.

Great flight overall! The pilot and crew performed exceptionally well, handling everything with the utmost professionalism and care. Given the circumstances, their efforts were commendable, showcasing a high level of ethics and dedication. Truly an impressive experience!
"Old palne but good service"
The meal was good, legroom was acceptable, and the seats were comfortable. It's truly commendable how well they maintain the older aircraft while ensuring passengers still receive great service. An extraordinary job in keeping everything running smoothly!

I had a fantastic experience flying in business class. Having previously flown business class with Turkish Airlines, which cost me 6 million tomans more, I can confidently say that this flight was superior. The seats were incredibly comfortable, with excellent legroom, and the overall value for money was outstanding. The service was top-notch as well. I highly recommend this airline to everyone!
"I’ve used twice"
The airline offers great value in terms of pricing and destination routes, with an excellent on-time performance. The food served is good, and the service is clean and efficient. However, there are two major drawbacks. Firstly, the check-in process is only available for flights within Iran, which can be inconvenient for those flying internationally. Secondly, the seats are extremely uncomfortable. As someone who is 1.58 cm tall and weighs 54 kg, I found them cramped and limiting, with very little legroom. I can only imagine how uncomfortable they would be for taller or heavier passengers. Despite these issues, I would still consider this airline for its value, service, and punctuality. It’s worth taking into account before booking your flight. Bon voyage!
"THE BEST FLIGHT"
This flight was excellent from takeoff to landing at Istanbul Airport. Everything ran on time, and the staff were friendly and polite throughout the journey. The food and onboard services were top-notch. The pilot and co-pilot clearly had strong experience, which contributed to a smooth and comfortable flight overall.
"Good Airline"
Our first flight was excellent—no delays and a good in-flight entertainment screen for a 2-hour journey. However, the second flight was a completely different experience. Originally scheduled for 11 AM, we boarded the plane only to be told after 2 hours of waiting that the flight was delayed to 5 PM. At 4:15 PM, we were informed that the flight was further delayed to 8 PM, and we eventually departed from Dubai at 9 PM. It was a frustrating experience, especially after the initial delay.
"On time, great service and cheap flight"
As a gold member of the airline, I was able to check in at the business class counter, which was fast and efficient. The lounge experience was excellent—quiet, stylish, and well stocked with refreshments. Boarding was smooth, though we were bussed to the aircraft. To my amazement, the flight was operated on a Boeing 747-400, a rare and exciting sight these days! I was fortunate to be seated in the very front row of the lower cabin. The cabin crew were not only professional and attentive but also very pleasant. The aircraft itself was exceptionally clean and spacious. Despite the sheer number of passengers, we departed on time, which was impressive. A complimentary hot breakfast was served shortly after takeoff and was quite enjoyable. The only downside was the lack of personal inflight entertainment—only a shared public screen was available, which felt outdated for a 4-hour flight. Overall, it was a memorable and very pleasant experience. Flying on the iconic 747-400 added a nostalgic charm to an already great journey.
"It’s decent and clean"
Polite staff, a clean and well-maintained cabin, and delicious food—there’s really nothing to complain about. This wasn’t my first time flying with the airline, and it certainly won’t be my last. Always a reliable and pleasant experience.
