"Economical Flight"

Great ticket prices and overall experience typical of a discount carrier. It was helpful to have access to an English-speaking help line. I did run into issues using a Visa credit card to pay for seat selection online, but after multiple failed attempts, the attendant kindly added the seat at no cost. However, I had to pay for a second ticket at a convenience store, which was a bit of a hassle—the payment system at the ATM-style machine required help from a Japanese-speaking person. It would be much more convenient if that service were offered in English. Overall, the credit card payment system on the website could definitely be improved.

"You get what you pay for"

The flight was affordable, but since it was scheduled before 6:00 AM, we couldn't use public transportation to get to the airport and had to pay for a taxi. So while the ticket price was low, the overall cost ended up being higher. The flight itself was fine—limited legroom, but manageable for a short 3-hour journey. There were no complimentary food or beverages, not even water, which had to be purchased at above-average prices. I recommend bringing your own snacks and drinks to avoid the high onboard costs. Overall, a decent budget option if you plan ahead.

"Don’t go for Peach!"

I arrived early for my flight, but the check-in process took over an hour because the staff seemed completely clueless about handling foreign residents traveling to Hong Kong. It took them more than 40 minutes just to figure out the procedure. When I politely asked to speak to the manager to expedite the process after such a long wait, the staff shockingly threatened to call the police — an absolutely unbelievable and unprofessional reaction. I will never fly with this airline again.

"Not good. Not also that bad though"

The legroom seemed larger than usual, making it relatively comfortable to sit. However, the seat pockets are designed poorly, as almost nothing stays in them. Additionally, for menu payments, they only accept credit cards or cash — debit cards are not accepted. As a result, we had to fly for 7 hours without food, which was disappointing.

"First inform yourself and then book"

We carefully read all the information and terms & conditions before booking our flight, and there was nothing to complain about. Of course, we made sure to distribute our luggage according to the weight limits and even repacked a little with the help of a scale at the airport. As a budget airline, they have little tolerance for passengers not following the rules, so it’s important to be mindful of that.

"Flight experience"

I flew from Bangkok to Okinawa (Naha) in April 2019. The check-in counter in Bangkok opened later than expected, especially compared to other airlines. Some of the staff at check-in appeared inexperienced and lacked clear knowledge of the luggage policy, which caused confusion. The seat legroom, width, and pitch were acceptable, but not particularly comfortable for a longer flight. On the positive side, the onboard service was quite good—cabin crew responded promptly to calls and food service was efficient. Overall, the flight was decent, though the check-in process at BKK and seat comfort could use improvement.

"Not good"

This airline isn’t truly budget-friendly, as its ticket cost is only about SGD 120 less than Singapore Airlines. The flight departs at 12:15 AM, which may not suit everyone’s schedule. The seat was quite uncomfortable—very hard, almost like sitting on a wooden bench—and rather narrow, though legroom was decent. Another thing to note is that the flight doesn’t arrive at Terminal 1, so if you have heavy luggage, you’ll need to take a shuttle bus from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, the airline is very strict with its luggage policy, so be sure to check the rules carefully.

"Racist staff member at Naha Airport!"

Naha Airport in Japan is currently expanding its International Terminal, which has resulted in the use of part of the cargo area for low-cost airlines. This has created a chaotic check-in experience, where you have to take a crowded bus to the check-in area. Upon arrival, the confusion continues. We arrived early before check-in opened and stood in line, only to find ourselves surrounded by at least 40 other passengers in various queues. When check-in finally started, one of the staff members came over and informed us that our seats were being changed. We had paid extra to select our seats, so we questioned why. The staff member’s response was that they needed to seat a group of passengers together because they only spoke Chinese. I found this explanation deeply offensive and felt that our paid seat selection meant nothing. To be moved more than 10 rows back for this reason was frustrating and felt discriminatory. Although the flight was on time and arrived safely, this incident left a sour taste in my mouth. I would not fly with this airline again due to the poor treatment we received.

"Good value for money"

The flight was punctual, and the seats were clean, which is always a plus. As a low-cost carrier (LLC), the experience met expectations. Just a tip: make sure to check in at the kiosk before dropping off your baggage to avoid any delays.

"Avoid"

The absolute worst. Lowest of low budget airlines.. but it's not low cost If you can travel with the clothes on your back potentially worth using this airline, otherwise any other airline is a better choice! Or rowboat? They have similar amenities.
