"Locked in the micro"

On September 2nd, I was traveling to San Rafael on bus #5308 (license plate AA 849 OE). The drivers pulled over at a St. Louis gas station for a break and left all passengers locked inside the bus with the engine off—and no air conditioning. It was uncomfortably hot, and we had no way to get out or circulate fresh air. This felt both unsafe and inconsiderate. Passengers deserve basic comfort and the ability to leave the vehicle if needed. I hope the company addresses this serious oversight.

"Don’t travel by andesmar!"

The drivers were rude and foul-mouthed, showing a complete lack of respect to passengers from the moment we boarded. The onboard bathrooms were a disaster—no toilet paper, no water, and no effort to maintain even basic hygiene. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

"Half hair company"

I traveled with my wife from Mendoza to Chile with Andesmar on an executive service. We weren’t even offered a glass of water or a blanket, despite how cold it was on the bus. They didn’t show a movie either—just 10 long hours of uncomfortable travel. In contrast, once in Chile, we took a bus from Altas Cumbres from Santiago to Constitución, and the experience was excellent. They provided blankets, bottled water, snacks, and even played a good movie. It really highlights how much is still lacking in Argentine services. Unfortunately, many business owners in our country are still too petty to prioritize customer comfort.

"Claim made. Andesmar."

Good morning. I strongly advise against traveling with Andesmar to the south. At the Trelew terminal, people were left standing with no communication or assistance. In my case, I was supposed to go to Piedra Buena, and the bus never showed up. It's now a full day late, and I had to buy tickets from another company just to continue my journey. The experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. For future travelers—do not buy tickets from Andesmar. They simply don’t show up. My tickets were purchased in Retiro, and I deeply regret it.

"Terrible service, comfortable seats."

I spent 19 hours traveling and paid over $70 for the ticket, yet there was no water, no toilet paper, and not even basic hygiene items like soap or paper towels to dry your hands. Don’t expect even a small snack—not a single cookie offered. The only positive I can mention is that the seat was reasonably comfortable. That said, if you're planning to take this trip, bring everything you need, especially if you're a woman and may need sanitary products—because you’ll get no support onboard. Good luck. 👍
