This has to be one of the worst web platforms I’ve ever used. While card payments go through just fine, everything else falls apart. You can’t log in to manage your booking—OTP codes either don’t arrive at all or are instantly marked as invalid. And the most infuriating part? There’s ZERO customer support to help resolve the issue. For a service that handles travel bookings, this is completely unacceptable. Massive fail.
