"The Best French Bistro in London — A Must-Visit Gem"

This is hands down the best French bistro you can find in London. Normally, I don’t revisit the same restaurants, but this place is the exception — it’s somewhere I want to go every time! The food is absolutely amazing, offering authentic French cuisine made with high-quality ingredients. The cozy atmosphere and the friendly yet highly professional staff complete the experience perfectly. I cannot recommend this gem more!

"Decent Food but Some Disappointments"

The food was generally decent, though I struggled to enjoy the Tête de Veau—it was quite bland, fatty, and the skin texture was oddly off-putting. On a brighter note, the desserts were very good. However, I was bothered by the restaurant quietly adding a £1 charity donation to the bill without any prior mention, which felt a bit cheeky.

"Delightful French Cuisine with a Few Minor Letdowns"

We ordered a good variety for two, and everything was spot on and delicious. The dishes were rich and buttery, reminiscent of an elevated hidden bistro. The only disappointment was the famous eel salad, which didn’t quite hit the mark for us. The French fries were a pleasant surprise—crispy on the outside but wonderfully mushy inside. The orzo was phenomenal, probably one of the best I’ve ever tasted. Desserts were generally light and enjoyable, though I would skip the Mont Blanc as it felt a bit dull. Overall, a lovely dining experience.

"Exceeded Expectations with Exceptional Veal and Service"

The experience totally lived up to my expectations—if not surpassed them! Everything was delicious, but the standout was definitely the end veal with morel sauce. The meat was incredibly tender and juicy, perfectly complemented by the creamy, flavorful sauce. The staff provided excellent service; despite our late arrival caused by a tube breakdown, they ensured we were never rushed and could fully enjoy every dish. A truly memorable meal!

"Delightful Experience Despite Reservation Woes"

I hadn’t had much luck with the reservation system, but a friend managed to secure a table, so I happily joined them—and it certainly did not disappoint. Though French cuisine can be quite heavy on the stomach (which mine sometimes protests), it was worth it. We probably overdid it by ordering almost every dessert on the menu, but each one was exceptional. The Mont Blanc especially stood out and has earned my dessert of the year award. The yellow chicken was also absolutely divine. A truly memorable meal!
