"Great Dinner with Excellent Service and Delicious Food"
We had a lovely dinner experience with prompt service and tasty dishes. The hummus tasting was fantastic, and the puree accompanying the octopus was equally delightful. The pasta was delicious, and the cheesecake is an absolute must-try—you simply can’t leave without tasting it! The only downside was a lack of entertainment during our visit around 9 pm, but overall, it was a very good experience. Highly recommended for a special night out.
"Incredible Food and Ambiance, But Terrible Service"
The food was absolutely amazing and the place itself is stunning, with great music and a fantastic atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service was a huge letdown. We waited 45 minutes just to get our food, and barely got any attention when placing our order—it felt like we had to beg to be served. We only started eating around 10:20 pm, even though we arrived at 9:10 pm. By the end, everyone agreed we might have been better off dining elsewhere. Such a shame, because the food and setting truly deserved better.
"Great Spot for Starters and Sharing Snacks"
This is an excellent place, especially if you’re looking to enjoy starters rather than full dishes. The snacks to share are particularly enjoyable and make for a perfect casual dining experience.
"A Favorite Spot with a Slightly Off Day"
I really like this place and usually visit whenever I'm in Madrid, but this time the food wasn’t quite up to the usual standard. They served a tartare croquette that we didn’t love, and there was no show either. That said, the ambiance remains fantastic, and the service is still good. I still recommend it, but this visit was a bit different from what I usually expect.
"Lost Its Charm Despite Great Service and Ambiance"
There used to be a live show that made the experience truly worthwhile, but now, without anything to set it apart, the price feels too high. The menu has also declined, which was disappointing. That said, the venue is still beautiful and the waitstaff are very attentive. Unfortunately, the place has lost much of its original charm.
"Great Location and Food, but Music Could Be Quieter"
The restaurant is very well located and features a spectacular terrace that's perfect for relaxing. The service was good, and the food was very enjoyable. However, the music was a bit too loud during dining, which slightly affected the overall experience.
