We were devastated to learn that our newborn had internal and external hydrocephalus. While searching for clinics, we came across the Bookimed platform by chance—and I’m so thankful we did. They quickly responded to our inquiry and assigned us a personal medical coordinator, Olga Romaniuk. She was incredibly responsible, always available, and efficiently guided us in choosing Florence Nightingale Hospital. She even scheduled an online consultation with Professor Ilhan Elmachi. We were then supported by Alisher, the clinic’s consultation manager, who speaks several languages—including Turkmen, which was a great comfort for us. He was always in touch, ensured our consultation times were convenient, and made sure everything went smoothly without any delays or interruptions. Professor Elmachi was excellent—thorough, knowledgeable, and clear. He answered all our questions, and his translator also deserves special thanks for making everything easier to understand. From the bottom of my heart, I truly recommend this team and hospital. Their compassion and professionalism made an overwhelming situation much more manageable.
