"Life-Changing Experience at BGZ Dental – Forever Grateful"

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience because it has truly changed my life. I hadn’t had teeth for over 15 years due to drug abuse and other issues. I had come to terms with the idea that I’d be toothless forever. The fear of dentists and a severe gag reflex only reinforced that belief. But then a friend of mine went to BGZ Dental and had his teeth done — and that planted a seed. I messaged BGZ on WhatsApp and spoke with Khorey a few months before I actually booked. To be honest, I was extremely skeptical and anxious about everything — going to a foreign country, trusting people I’d never met, and putting my health in someone else’s hands. But I can say now, with total confidence, that I was worried for nothing. From the moment I arrived, the entire team at BGZ was amazing — caring, professional, and genuinely understanding of my fears. My dentist, Aras, was phenomenal. He kept me calm, explained everything clearly, and told me exactly what to expect in terms of pain and recovery. I followed all his instructions and healed quickly without any complications. The craftsmanship? Unbelievable. The alignment, fit, and positioning of my new teeth are perfect. Aras made sure I felt every single tooth and confirmed that everything was just right before I left the clinic. His attention to detail and care made all the difference. They took care of everything while I was there — airport transfers, hotel pickup, clinic appointments — all I had to do was book my flight and show up. That’s it. After 15 years of hiding my smile, I finally feel confident again. I can't stop looking in the mirror. I honestly can’t thank BGZ Dental enough. "Disappointed with BGZ Dental – Poor Aftercare and Unkept Promises"

Six weeks after my treatment at BGZ Dental, my composite bonding began to chip, crack, and thin out. When I reached out for help, the clinic was less than supportive. They blamed me for not choosing crowns—even though I’d successfully had bonding for 7 years prior without any issues. I was told to fly back to Turkey from the UK for just one day to fix the problem, which wasn’t financially feasible. After insisting on getting it repaired in the UK, BGZ agreed and asked me to pay for the appointment and send them the receipt for reimbursement. I did exactly that, but they then refused to cover the full £140 cost and only offered £100. Despite assuring me three separate times that they would transfer the money, I’m still waiting. On top of that, the hotel they arranged was disappointing. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, and I had to ask to be moved. Overall, I’m really disappointed with the aftercare and broken promises. I wouldn’t recommend BGZ Dental based on my experience.

They go above and beyond in every aspect—from accommodation and transfers to treatment and aftercare, everything has been absolutely perfect for me. The staff and dentists are not only highly skilled but also genuinely wonderful people. If you’re considering dental work in Turkey, choose BGZ. They truly excel at what they do!
