"Warm Welcome and Smooth Procedure – Awaiting Final Hair Transplant Results"

I had my hair transplant operation in April 2021 and was warmly welcomed at the clinic. Several staff members took care of me throughout the process, which made me feel at ease and well-supported. The procedure itself went smoothly and according to plan, without any complications. As with any hair transplant, the final results will take some time to fully develop—typically between 6 to 12 months. For now, it looks promising, and I’m hopeful about seeing strong new hair growth soon.

"Excellent Hair Transplant Experience with Esteik"

"Excellent Surgical Care by Dr. Muhamed, but Disappointing Post-Op Coordination"

A few days ago, I underwent a hair transplant procedure at Estetik Clinic. The operation was performed by Dr. Muhamed and his assistants. Dr. Muhamed is a young, knowledgeable, and honest surgeon who provided expert advice and demonstrated genuine care. The day after the procedure, he proactively scheduled a follow-up to check on my recovery and even arranged for an additional IV to help prevent infection. I have the highest regard for him and wholeheartedly recommend him for hair transplantation procedures. While the medical experience itself was excellent, I was unfortunately let down by the post-operative coordination. Although everything initially went according to plan, around 8:00 p.m., the staff member assigned to me began changing our agreed terms last-minute. She didn’t allow me to voice my concerns and denied services that had already been paid for. She later withdrew and handed the issue over to the logistics team, but continued to ignore my concerns in the chat. Some messages were even deleted, which raised serious concerns about transparency and professionalism. In the end, I was unsure whether I would even have transportation to the airport, and I had to incur unexpected additional costs to return to the clinic. Her lack of promptness and professionalism reflected poorly on the clinic’s otherwise positive image. Despite this, I noticed that most of the clinic staff were warm, helpful, and committed to maintaining a good atmosphere. After conducting thorough research and reviewing feedback on Estetik International, I’ve found some surprising patterns. It appears that around 70% of international clients rated their experience poorly, often giving just 1 star, while only 30% reported positive experiences. Interestingly, the situation seems reversed for local Turkish clients—approximately 70% were satisfied and gave 5-star ratings, while 30% expressed dissatisfaction. This stark contrast has left me feeling quite conflicted. I had been seriously considering undergoing a hair transplant at this clinic, but now I’m unsure of what to do next.
