"Mixed Feelings After 9 Months – Disappointed in Follow-Up Care"

I originally gave Smile Hair Clinic a 5-star review back in December 2024, just a few months after my procedure in February 2024. At the time, I was impressed with the clinic’s communication, professionalism, and overall process leading up to and during the transplant. Unfortunately, my experience since then has taken a disappointing turn. It’s now been 9 months since my procedure, and although I’ve seen around 70–75% success, I’ve noticed some areas beginning to thin again. Naturally, I had questions and concerns, especially since Smile Hair Clinic promotes a 90+% success guarantee. I provided my 1-year follow-up photos as requested, but after that—silence. Despite sending 5 or 6 messages over more than a month, I’ve received no response. The last message I got was that a doctor would review my photos, but I haven’t heard anything since. It’s incredibly frustrating to go from feeling supported to being completely ignored. To be clear: I’m generally satisfied with my results—but only because they’ve turned out decent so far. However, the lack of post-op support and customer care makes me question how they treat clients when results fall short of expectations. If you’re considering Smile Hair Clinic, just be aware that their aftercare might not match the promises, especially if your results are anything less than perfect. I would recommend going into the experience with your eyes open—and your fingers crossed.
