"Exceptional Care and Results – MedArt Was the Right Choice"

After extensive research, I chose MedArt Clinic in Istanbul for my fourth—and hopefully final—hair transplant procedure. What ultimately convinced me was their exceptional communication, not just before the procedure, but throughout the entire journey, including follow-up support. Having undergone three previous transplants in the U.S., I decided to take a different route for this final round. Last week in Istanbul, I had my most comprehensive session yet: 4,500 grafts—1,700 in the front, 700 in the mid-scalp, and 2,100 in the crown area. I’m 34 now, and my hair loss journey began around age 24. I started treatment with topical minoxidil and oral finasteride at 28, and my first transplant was in 2015 with 1,800 grafts. Over the years, I had more procedures in 2019 and 2022, which helped, but the crown remained thin. MedArt made the entire experience seamless. The clinic was clean, professional, and the staff genuinely cared about my comfort and outcome. Even with travel, lodging, and other expenses, the total cost was only about 25% of what I would’ve paid in the U.S. I honestly wish I had started this journey with them in the first place.

"Great First Experience with MedArt – Supportive Team and Smooth Process"

I recently had my first hair transplant with MedArt, and from the very beginning, the experience was reassuring. The team was excellent at communicating and helped ease any anxiety I had throughout the process. Their pricing was also very reasonable compared to other clinics I looked into, many of which were significantly more expensive. Dr. Sumer, Rose, and the entire team were attentive and always available to answer any questions I had. The private transfers were smooth and well-organized, which made the experience even more stress-free. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is that the hotel accommodation was a bit underwhelming. That said, everything else was great so far, and I’m hopeful that in a few months I’ll be back with a positive update about the results. So far, it’s all looking good.

"Warm and Supportive Experience – Except for the Temperature!"

I was very well received at the clinic—everyone from the staff to the doctors was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. The clinic itself was clean and well-organized, and I felt I was in good hands. A special mention goes to the Italian representative, Luigi, who was incredibly kind and supportive. Even when not physically present, he stayed in touch and was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. The only downside was that I felt quite cold during my time there—otherwise, it was a great experience overall.
