"Disappointing Service Ruined the Experience"

While the atmosphere was pleasant and the food tasted good, the service was truly terrible. I had to ask for basic things like napkins, and although I requested bread, it never arrived. The server even took the menu without taking my order, and I had to call him back to place it. To top it off, I asked for the check and waited over 20 minutes with no response — I finally had to wave down the manager just to pay. I will not be returning. If you're in the area, I recommend trying Chia Vegan Restaurant just up the street — the atmosphere may not be as polished, but the service is far better, and the food is just as good.

"Great Starters, But Long Wait and Disappointing Mains"

We waited nearly an hour after being seated before our entrees arrived, which really tested our patience. Our table was also quite chilly—unlike others situated near heaters, which looked much more comfortable. That said, the starters (ceviche and samosas) were delicious and well-prepared. Unfortunately, the main dishes—saltado, ravioli, and pad Thai—fell short of expectations. They were edible but lacked flavor and creativity. Overall, a mixed experience: strong start, but the rest didn't live up to it.

"Tasty but Overpriced — Disappointing Dessert Experience"

The food here is tasty, but definitely overpriced, especially by local standards. It feels like the place stays afloat mainly due to the lack of vegan competition in town. I had a frustrating experience when I ordered what was described as chocolate cake, but instead received four small brownie squares. When I asked for it to be removed from my bill, they refused—despite the miscommunication. I paid, but didn’t eat them out of principle. Overall, it’s an okay spot if you’re vegan and have limited options, but the pricing and service need serious improvement. With more competition, I doubt it would stand out.

"A Fantastic Introduction to Vegan Dining — Green Point Impresses!"

This was the first vegan restaurant my wife and I have ever tried, and we walked away truly impressed. From the moment you walk up to the top floor, you’re greeted by a beautiful, plant-filled space that feels like a peaceful escape. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was even better. We each had a soup — the quinoa for my wife and the spicy one for me — both were packed with flavor and comfort. I also tried a craft beer flight, which was a fun touch. While my wife was a bit disappointed there were no cider options, the overall drink selection was still solid. Green Point really opened my eyes to how good vegan food can be. Highly recommended, even if you’re not vegan!

"Absolutely Delicious – A Must-Visit in Cusco!"

We weren’t too hungry on our first visit, so we ordered the raviolis and samosas — both were absolutely delicious! So good, in fact, that we came back two days later to indulge again. This time, we had the raviolis once more (they’re that good!), the saltado, and finished with a tiramisu for dessert. Every dish was packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The quality was consistent across both visits, and the food alone is reason enough to keep coming back. I cannot recommend this place enough — a must-visit if you're in Cusco!

"Great Food, Poor Service"

The food is a nice break from the usual, with pleasant flavors and creative combinations that really work. However, the service leaves much to be desired. Staff seem to prioritize large groups and tourists, often rushing smaller parties or locals. They even cleared my plate without asking and made me feel pressured to finish quickly, which took away from the overall experience. A real shame, because the kitchen does a great job, but the lack of attention and courtesy from the staff makes it hard to fully enjoy.

"A Must-Visit in Cusco – Green Point Delivers Again!"

On my recent trip back to Cusco, Green Point was a highlight I couldn’t miss. Even though I only had time for one visit, it lived up to the glowing memories of past experiences. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, and I was especially impressed with how clean and well-maintained the washrooms were — a small but important detail. I chose the brunch (available from 8 AM to noon) and treated myself to their famous banana pancakes. They were absolutely divine — fluffy, full of fruit and chocolate, and honestly one of the best brunch dishes I’ve had anywhere. What makes Green Point even more impressive is the value for money. The prices are very reasonable for the top-tier food and pleasant atmosphere. Whether you’re a vegan, a foodie, or just someone looking for a great meal, Green Point is a must-visit in Cusco. I can’t wait to return!

"Disappointing Experience Despite the Lovely Ambiance"

The decor and atmosphere at the restaurant were lovely — we especially appreciated the live guitarist, which added a special touch. However, the food didn’t live up to expectations, especially considering the rave reviews we had read beforehand. The ravioli was overwhelmed by an excess of sauce, which hid any real flavor the filling might have had. The ramen broth lacked depth and felt flat, with no real protein to round it out. On the bright side, the kombucha drinks were refreshing and tasty. What truly brought the experience down was the service. After finishing our meal, we waited over 45 minutes just to pay. For the first 30 minutes, it was as if our table didn’t exist — not a single staff member glanced our way, and we were unable to get anyone’s attention. Overall, a place with great potential in terms of ambiance and drinks, but the food and service need serious improvement.

"Warm, Welcoming, and Delicious!"

This place is absolutely beautiful and a wonderful spot to relax — and it's pet-friendly, which is a huge plus! I tried the pad Thai, and it was truly delicious — packed with flavor and perfectly prepared. A special shoutout to Raul, who provided exceptionally kind and attentive service. His friendliness really added to the overall experience. Looking forward to seeing how this place grows — I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

"Mixed First Visit, but a Fantastic Comeback!"

On my first visit, I loved the great service and the cute ambiance, but the food didn’t quite live up to the hype. I had the samosa and a salad—while the complimentary hummus with house bread was excellent, the salad felt a bit bland and the sauce on the samosas didn’t add much. Still, I gave it another shot a week later… and I’m so glad I did! I ordered the Imperial Nachos and they were hands-down the best I’ve ever had—loaded, flavorful, and beautifully presented. So while it had a slow start, this vegan spot in Cusco won me over in the end. Worth a visit—just choose wisely from the menu!
