"Good Coffee but Overcomplicated Experience"
I like this café overall—the coffee is good and the atmosphere is nice—but the whole coffee selection process feels unnecessarily complicated. You’re given a menu with different beans to choose from, but without clear explanations, most people (myself included) end up having to wait for a server to walk them through it. It’s not ideal if you’re just looking for a quick, straightforward coffee. There are definitely ways to simplify the process, like offering more descriptive menus or a default option for casual drinkers. Also worth noting: the Wi-Fi worked fine on my phone, but not on my laptop, which was a bit frustrating. Still a decent café, but not the most user-friendly experience.
"Great Coffee and Atmosphere, But Lacking Vegan Food Options"
I really enjoyed my oat latte here—tasty and well made—with friendly service to match. The atmosphere is lively and vibrant, though it does get very busy, so be prepared for a bit of a crowd. I appreciated the plant-based milk alternatives like oat and almond, which are great options for non-dairy drinkers. The food and pastries looked delicious, but it was disappointing to find there were no vegan food options available. A lovely spot for coffee, but more inclusive menu choices would make it even better.
"World-Class Coffee That Lives Up to the Hype"
Ranked as the 22nd best coffee in the world—and it’s absolutely well deserved. We tried the Terra and Sapien brews, and both were incredibly smooth, rich, and full of nuanced flavor. Truly outstanding coffee that stands out even among the best. A must-visit for any coffee lover!
"Great Coffee, But Poor Organization and Limited Food"
The coffee here is undeniably delicious, but the overall experience left much to be desired. By mid-morning, they were already out of most food items—something we only found out after waiting nearly 30 minutes for a menu and to place our order. At that point, the only lunch option available was a barely passable cheese toastie. It’s clear the staff is overwhelmed and the place struggles to keep up with demand. Come for the coffee, but don’t count on a full meal—especially if you’re arriving later in the morning.
"Unique Coffee Experience with Great Desserts and Insightful Brewing Methods"
This café offers a unique and engaging experience for coffee lovers. One of the highlights is being able to see and learn about the different brewing methods—they take the time to explain each one in detail, which adds a special touch to your visit. It’s also a great spot for dessert, making it an ideal stop for anyone looking to enjoy both a quality cup of coffee and something sweet. Definitely worth a visit if you appreciate craftsmanship and a deeper understanding of coffee.
"Best Specialty Coffee in Peru – A Must for Coffee Lovers"
This is an incredible coffee shop in Cusco, offering 100% specialty coffee that stands out from anything else I’ve found in Peru. The quality, flavor, and attention to detail are unmatched. If you're a true coffee lover, this place is an absolute must-visit. Highly recommended!
"Excellent Coffee, but Disorganized and Often Out of Pastries"
The coffee here is top quality—rich in flavor and expertly prepared. However, don't count on enjoying it with a pastry if you visit later in the day. We went at 5 p.m. and they were already completely out, which was a big disappointment. For a place considered one of the best coffee shops, better stock management is definitely needed. The staff do a good job explaining the products, which adds value to the experience, but overall organization is lacking, especially given how few tables there are. Great coffee, but the execution falls short in a few key areas.
"The Best Specialty Coffee Experience – A Must-Visit"
This is hands down the best specialty coffee shop I’ve ever been to. Watching the barista at work is like witnessing a craft—precise, passionate, and truly impressive. The entire experience was exceptional, and I’m already planning to return tomorrow. A must-visit spot for any coffee enthusiast!
"Great Coffee, but Not Ideal for a Quick Takeaway"
The coffee here is undeniably good—our lattes were delicious and well-crafted. However, if you're looking for a quick grab-and-go option, this may not be the place. We visited around 9 a.m. and it was quite busy. What we thought would be a fast stop ended up taking about 15 minutes just to get our drinks. This spot is definitely better suited for a relaxed, sit-down experience rather than a quick coffee run.
"Excellent Coffee and Atmosphere, But Service Needs Improvement"
The coffee here is truly excellent, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting—ideal for a relaxed coffee break. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor service. I ordered a double espresso but was given two single espressos instead. I only realized the mistake after taking one to go. While the quality of the coffee lives up to its reputation, the service didn’t reflect the level you’d expect from a place ranked among the top 100 coffee spots in the world. A little more attention to detail would go a long way.
