"Bad service , limited to Same food options as Booked Ultra Allinclusief for 7days , Poor Airconditioning in dinning hall, Poor"

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The service was poor, and the air conditioning barely worked, making it uncomfortable to even enjoy a meal in the dining hall due to the heat. There was also a power cut in the middle of the night, adding to the frustration. The staff came across as arrogant, unhelpful, and even discriminatory at times. Hygiene standards were lacking—room cleaning was inconsistent and seemed to happen only when convenient for them. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

"Perfect"

This has been the best holiday of my life! The staff were absolutely wonderful, and the service was flawless throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a perfect getaway. I can’t wait to come back again!

"I don’t want to go back. Hotel level 3.5 – 4 stars"

I chose this hotel after reading many reviews and wanted to share my honest experience. At first glance, the hotel impresses with its unique architecture and layout. It’s visually striking and a refreshing change for those who appreciate out-of-the-box designs. We stayed in a renovated room, which was a good size and included an extra folding bed for our baby. The view from these rooms faces nearby construction, but since the work is currently halted, there was no noise to disturb us. In-room amenities include shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, body lotion, slippers, and a stocked minibar (water, beer, soda). However, there are no robes, toothbrushes, or irons – worth noting if you’re used to these in other hotels. Towels are changed daily, but pool towels are only distributed at the main pool, which is inconvenient if you’re at the beach. Be careful not to lose the towel cards, as there’s a fine. The hotel has plenty of swimming pools, and the beach is sandy with a good entrance to the sea. Now for the biggest issue: the food. Unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing. While there was plenty of it, the quality was poor. Huge queues formed during breakfast and dinner as the hotel seemed unable to handle the guest flow. Staff in the dining areas often appeared overworked and unwelcoming – one woman serving eggs was practically throwing plates at guests as if she hated her job. The 24-hour snack restaurant offered the same poor quality – visually unappealing, as if food was scraped together from leftovers. Desserts looked abundant but lacked flavor. We’ve traveled extensively in Turkey and know that food can be much better. This was a huge letdown. The kids’ club seemed suitable for children under 6 or 7. For older kids, like our 9-year-old daughter, there was little to keep them entertained – she found it boring. The waterpark had very limited opening hours and seemed intentionally restrictive. It was closed during the cooler evening hours and only open for short stretches in the blazing sun, making it uncomfortable to use. Evening shows and entertainment existed but lacked energy and felt tired. Overall, I’d rate this hotel closer to 3.5–4 stars, not a true 5-star experience. The concept and design are lovely, but the food, atmosphere, and family activities need serious improvement.

"🙏🏻🙏🏻"

I’ve visited several places in Antalya, but the Kremlin Palace truly stands out as one of the most special. It will always be my first destination whenever I return to Antalya. Thank you for the wonderful experience! 🙏🏻

"Beautiful yet crowded"

We stayed at the hotel with our family from July 8 to July 12. The property itself is beautiful and spacious, but it felt overcrowded throughout our stay. Wherever you went – the dining areas, bars, or pools – there were always queues and a sense of busyness. The food had good flavor and variety, though the dessert selection was repetitive, with the same options being served daily. The general pools and aqua park were extremely crowded, and finding sunbeds was nearly impossible unless you got up very early in the morning to reserve them with towels. Thankfully, our room had an excellent location – the floor and balcony opened directly onto the pool, so we didn’t need to use the main pool. Without that room, however, we would’ve had to join the morning rush for sunbeds. Special thanks to Seyran and Ömer at the Divo Bar for their fantastic cocktails! I’d happily stay in the same room again, but if assigned a different one, I’d be concerned about the sunbed and pool crowding. The animation team could also have been more lively in the evenings to keep guests entertained. Overall, it’s a nice hotel, but it could improve on managing crowds and offering more varied desserts and activities.

"Welcome to Moscow"

The Kremlin Palace hotel looks impressive at first glance, and the photos show beautiful renovated black bathrooms. However, in the suite where we stayed (and likely many other rooms), the reality was different. The bathtub had painted-on wax that was peeling off, and there was only a hand-held showerhead, making it awkward to shower standing up. The hotel has many swimming pools, bars, and restaurants, and there’s always plenty of food. But whether it’s actually tasty is questionable. As a Turkish family with children, we ended up going out to eat every day. It’s also frustrating that the children’s pool and aquapark have very limited opening hours (10:00–12:00 and 14:00–16:00). It feels like the hotel dictates when you can use certain facilities. The indoor pool is not heated and far too small for the number of guests. On the positive side, the valet service at the entrance was excellent, and the staff there were very professional. However, checking in was difficult because the reservations department hadn’t forwarded our booking to reception, and we were escorted by security until the issue was resolved. There are many à la carte restaurants, but you can only book them if you stay 7 nights or more. Would I return? Honestly, no. This is mainly because the food and the hectic atmosphere in the main restaurant were very disappointing. Finding an empty table was a challenge, and it never felt relaxing. I gave 2 stars – 3 might have been possible, but even that would feel generous. It’s not terrible, but it could be so much better.

"great stay"

We had a brilliant stay at the Kremlin Palace. The swim-up pool was absolutely the best part – a bit cold at first but perfect once you get used to it. We had a small issue during our stay, but it was resolved immediately by a very pleasant and efficient staff member, Nihal. She went above and beyond to make our last week so special. Huge thanks again to guest relations – you’re truly an asset to the Kremlin. We hope to visit again!

"Just OK and not a 5 star"

Overall, this was a decent break for us. We came over for dental work and stayed for a week. The positive reviews were the reason we chose this hotel, but it didn’t fully live up to expectations. Pros: Clean with good attention to detail. Friendly and welcoming staff. Comfortable beds. Branded alcohol and a mini bar stocked daily. Evening entertainment was great – we especially enjoyed the parties in the big arena area with a DJ and lots of people dancing. Cons: The pillows were awful and very lumpy. The food was the biggest letdown – probably the worst we’ve had at a so-called 5-star hotel. It was repetitive, not very tasty, and often cold. We found something to eat each day, but mostly ended up with carbs and a bit of salad. The hotel felt overrun with Russians, and there weren’t many Brits or other nationalities around. Room cleaning could have been better. Toilet rolls were often not replenished, and dirty glasses weren’t always taken away. On arrival, we were shown to a room with a huge building site view from the balcony. Completely unacceptable for a holiday. Thankfully, we were moved to a better room the next afternoon, but it was an inconvenience. Overall: This hotel offers value for money, and it’s certainly not the most expensive place to stay. It’s also not within walking distance to anything. We had a good time, but we wouldn’t return or recommend it if you’re looking for true 5-star luxury. If that’s your priority, pay a little more and choose another hotel.

"“More than a Holiday: A Story Over Years”"

We first visited the Kremlin Palace six years ago with many questions in mind—would it live up to our previous vacation experiences, or even exceed our expectations? From that first trip to now, much has changed on the property, but what hasn’t changed is the exceptional service, the warm smiles, and the genuine care for guest satisfaction. Once again, we had a fantastic time filled with unforgettable memories. Kremlin Palace is more than just a family-friendly resort—it’s a stunning blend of Mediterranean charm and elegant Russian-inspired architecture. The majestic design, reminiscent of historic palaces, contrasts beautifully with the relaxed atmosphere of the Mediterranean. Watching the golden sunset light hit the ornate columns and intricate details feels like standing in an open-air museum. It’s truly breathtaking. The guest relations team deserves special praise for making our stay seamless and enjoyable. Their friendly, caring, and solution-focused approach made a huge difference, and they responded quickly to every request. Dining at Kremlin Palace was once again a highlight. The main restaurant offered fresh, delicious, and varied dishes at every meal. The a la carte restaurants were equally impressive, with thoughtfully curated menus and elegant presentations—from seafood to Italian cuisine. The attentive service staff added warmth to every dining experience. The hotel’s pools and surrounding areas are kept immaculately clean. Whether at the large main pool or the children’s pools, we noticed constant maintenance and hygiene. Even the poolside loungers and showers were spotless and ready for use each day. The numerous bars scattered across the property made relaxing a pleasure, offering all kinds of branded drinks to suit every preference. Our favorite spot, though, was Papillion Beach. The private lounges provided a VIP beachside retreat with soft shades, personalized service, and stunning sea views—it felt like pure luxury. Our room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and cleaned daily to the highest standard. The minibar was restocked regularly, and every detail—from the bathroom hygiene to the thoughtful touches—made us feel completely at home. One of the resort’s greatest strengths is its people. Everyone, from reception to housekeeping, from pool attendants to restaurant servers, was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. Special thanks to Aziz Bey, Mrs. Dilara, and Mr. Levent for their kindness and for making us feel like part of the Kremlin family. For us, Kremlin Palace has become a classic—a place we’ll return to again and again to make more beautiful memories.

"Back from the hotel decided to review! The hotel is not suitable for young people here boring."

Just back from the hotel and decided to leave an honest review! This resort isn’t really suited for young people—it’s quite boring if you’re looking for lively entertainment. For kids, there’s a club and a nice water park, but during the day there’s little happening outside—no fun extras like character mascots, trampolines, or interactive activities like we’ve seen in other hotels. Evenings are also very low-key. There’s no proper show program; instead, there’s just a disco starting at 9:30 pm. It feels like a missed opportunity—most people want to enjoy a performance before heading to the dance floor! Foam parties only happen on Fridays, and if any other events are planned, there’s no clear information or translations available for international guests, which makes it hard to know what’s happening and where. The kids’ water park is lovely, and adults are allowed to join in on the family slides. However, the adult water park only has three slides, so don’t expect too much there. The food is decent if you’re not too picky, and there’s a 24/7 restaurant in the main building where you can always grab a bite. The staff are polite and helpful, and if there’s ever a language barrier, they’re happy to use a translator app to assist you. Tip: If you’re staying more than six nights, make sure to sign up for the à la carte restaurants at reception early, as there are only four options and they book up quickly.
