"It’s all about the money"
We booked through the Agoda app and counted on the price shown, which is very important for travelers. However, when we arrived a bit late after a long drive, the hotel refused to honor the original booking price and instead asked for double the amount. It was too late to search for another hotel in Delhi, so we had no choice but to agree. The room was clean, and the cleaning staff were very kind, but the shower only had a hot bucket. On our last day, my friend got really sick, and we needed to stay after check-out. The hotel asked for 900 rupees for a half-day, which was actually more than what we had paid for a full night. To make matters worse, when we went to pay in the evening before leaving Delhi, we discovered they had charged us extra for services. Overall, we felt it was all about the money with no humanity, and the experience left us very disappointed.

We had a pleasant stay at this budget hotel in New Delhi. It’s conveniently located near the railway station, making it very accessible. Overall, a good budget option, and we will definitely visit again!
"Not that good but OK"
We visited this hotel after our Shimla, Manali, and Dharamshala trip without any expectations as the price was low. The rooms were good, but the washrooms were very old and not in great condition. The food was quite disgusting, though the room service was good. If you’re looking for a low-priced option for just one night and are willing to compromise on food, this place could work.

My partner and I recently stayed at Sun International and were pleasantly surprised by the experience. For a budget hotel, it exceeded our expectations in several ways. The room was clean, cozy, and had all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and we appreciated the fresh linens and towels provided. The staff was courteous and always ready to assist with a smile, which made our stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the location – convenient and well-connected, making it easy for us to explore the area without hassle. Despite being budget-friendly, the hotel maintained a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I strongly advise everyone not to book this property. It’s a complete waste of money and not even deserving of 1 star. The washrooms were extremely unhygienic, with a large uncovered drainage hole that was both irritating and unsafe. The hotel staff, including the receptionist, behaved rudely and used inappropriate language. I had booked an early check-in at 6:00 a.m. with additional charges via Red-Hotel (in partnership with Goibibo), but they only allowed me to check in at 7:00 a.m., even though I saw over 7 rooms being vacated from 5:15 a.m. onwards. When I requested my room at 6:30 a.m. since I was traveling with my 3-year-old child, they told me I could stay in an uncleaned room if I wanted early access. To make matters worse, despite making the full payment through Goibibo (including taxes), the reception staff attempted to extort extra money in the name of GST. I stood my ground and refused, but it was clear they try this tactic on many guests. Avoid this hotel at all costs – it’s unhygienic, the staff are unprofessional, and their practices are dishonest.

I recently stayed at Hotel Sun International near New Delhi Railway Station and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The hotel provides budget-friendly rooms without compromising on comfort. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out was the amazing service—the staff was polite, responsive, and always ready to help, whether it was arranging transportation or offering guidance about nearby places. The location is also perfect for travelers, being close to the railway station and easily accessible to markets and tourist attractions. For the price, this hotel offers excellent value for money. If you're looking for an affordable stay in Delhi with great service and convenience, I highly recommend Hotel Sun International!

Overall, it was a good stay. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service, always going the extra mile to ensure we felt comfortable in Delhi. The team is flexible and eager to help with anything you might need. For the price, this hotel is a great deal—it's really affordable and definitely worth it compared to other hotels in Delhi.

I stayed at this hotel with two friends for 3 nights, and overall, the experience was underwhelming. Although the website confirmed AC, we were told after booking that it wouldn’t be turned on in winter and were asked to pay an extra ₹400 for a blower to keep the room warm. The extra bed for the third person was simply a mattress on the floor, which was disappointing. The room service was poor, but on the positive side, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the night restaurant was convenient as we could order food at any time. The location is manageable if you don’t have much luggage, as it’s within walking distance of the New Delhi Metro, which is the fastest way to get around the city.

I had a very good stay at this hotel, which has become one of my go-to places whenever I visit Delhi. The rooms are clean, the food is good, and the room rates are very economical. While there are minor issues at times, the staff is always helpful and quick to resolve them. The hotel reception itself is a piece of art and adds to the overall charm. A reliable and budget-friendly option in Delhi.

This is a good budget hotel, and I managed to get a great deal through an online booking portal. The hotel provides all the basic amenities, though the service could be improved as there are occasional delays. The staff is cooperative, and the managers are very easy-going. The food is nice, and the hotel's proximity to the metro station and local transport makes commuting hassle-free. I would surely recommend it to my parents for their next visit to Delhi.
"Best in town"
This hotel is truly a hidden gem in New Delhi. The environment felt very safe, and we even had the wholesome experience of watching the Asia Cup 2023 with all the other guests in the hotel lobby. The food was great and surprisingly affordable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and a nice stay.
