"They hung us a party 3 months in advance and paid"
We scheduled a party three months in advance, paid, and confirmed the date multiple times. Yet, with only eight days to go, we were told they “couldn’t guarantee the date.” This was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. It felt as though they took our money and, at the last minute, left us without proper support. Very disappointing experience.
"Spa added charge just to enter"
The hotel meets the usual Westin standards, but I was disappointed to find that using the spa facilities came at an additional cost. Since when does a 5-star Marriott hotel charge guests just to access the spa pools? I’m not referring to massages or treatments—just basic access. A 5-star hotel is supposed to include amenities like this in the price of the room, and charging extra feels contrary to what a true 5-star experience should be.
"Optimal quality"
The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with top-quality options—definitely a 10/10. The hotel is also very accommodating for small babies, which made our stay even better. A special thanks to Mr. Christian Hernandez for his warm and attentive service, which truly made the experience pleasant and memorable.

I had a very good experience at the Westin, with excellent service throughout my stay. The check-in and check-out process was especially seamless thanks to Vania Nunez, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient. Her warm welcome set the tone for a great stay, and the smooth checkout left me with a pleasant end to the trip. Thank you, Vania!
"Great service at Westin, San Isidro"
From the moment we arrived after a very delayed flight, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Alexis, in particular, was outstanding—he quickly helped us with our bags, arranged for ice to be delivered to our room, and offered assistance with anything we might need during our stay. Since we were visiting on Peru's Independence Day (July 28th), he even went out of his way to get us red and white lapel pins, which was such a thoughtful touch. Truly exceptional service!

Our stay at The Westin Lima was made truly special thanks to the outstanding service provided by Andre and Mellissa. Andre, who attended to us during breakfast, went above and beyond to ensure we started our day perfectly. He was not only attentive and kind but also helped us secure a lunch reservation at Casa Tambo, making the entire process effortless. His warm hospitality and dedication left a lasting impression. Mellissa from the Concierge team was equally exceptional. She arranged a reservation for us at Cala and ensured we had one of the best seats with a breathtaking view of the water. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness made our dining experience unforgettable. Both Andre and Mellissa displayed true professionalism, kindness, and a genuine desire to elevate our stay. The Westin Lima is fortunate to have such remarkable team members, and we are sincerely grateful for their impeccable service!
"Input Quality"
The quality of the products offered at lunch could be improved, as I was served cold bread during my meal. As a Peruvian, I didn’t make a fuss, but I would not want this to happen to an international visitor as it would reflect poorly on staying at the Westin in Peru. Ensuring consistently fresh and well-presented products would help maintain the hotel’s high standards.

There should be better monitoring of the dishes used to ensure cleanliness and proper handling. Additionally, the air conditioning was set too strong, which felt uncomfortable given the cold weather. Addressing these details would greatly enhance the guest experience. Thank you.

At the bar, I didn’t enjoy the punch because it contained kion (ginger), which wasn’t indicated on the menu. It would be helpful to clearly list all ingredients to avoid unpleasant surprises. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, but that drink unfortunately left a bad impression.
"GREAT ATTENTION"
The food was absolutely delicious, and the attention we received from Fernando was incredible. He was very attentive to our needs, even putting the heater on for us and offering great suggestions. I truly enjoyed the experience thanks to his outstanding service.
"Bad experience"
Mr. Carlos Ricapa at the bar treated me exceptionally well ❤️ and truly made me feel welcome. Unfortunately, my experience at the reception was quite different. They issued an authorization that I had not requested, and when I raised the issue, I was told I would need to wait half an hour—even though I was accompanied by my three small children. I do plan to return another day and sincerely hope to have a better experience next time.
