"Dishonest hotel"
I had booked 6 rooms for my family group months in advance through Booking.com. Exactly one month before our stay, the hotel marked my credit card as invalid and sent me a WhatsApp message suggesting I cancel the reservation on Booking and rebook directly with them. I responded that I wanted to keep the reservation on Booking and could provide another card, but they simply canceled my booking. After reading other reviews on TripAdvisor, I realized this seems to be a repeated practice at this hotel. If you want to avoid an unpleasant surprise close to your travel date, I strongly suggest steering clear. I have already filed a formal complaint with Booking.com so they can take appropriate action.
"Unforgettable experience."
The hotel offers excellent attention and a very friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Every staff member is attentive and always willing to help, making the experience feel special. A special mention goes to Miss Samantha, who stands out for being charismatic, attentive, and highly responsible with her work.
"Hotel in the norm , nothing special , overall quite well"
Very fast hotel in both check-in and check-out And so good , but slightly dated structure , small and slightly damp rooms , clean bathroom and overall not bad Breakfast that leaves something to be desired, just a little bread, but with little choice of both sweet and savory versions.
"Comfortable stay"
The location is a pleasant walk from the Malecon coastal walkway, with small convenience shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was modern, clean, and everything worked perfectly. The bed had fresh linens and provided a comfortable, quiet sleep. The bathroom offered good hot water and pressure. Overall, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
"Regular experience"
The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and fluffy pillows, and the service was good. However, the breakfast was disappointing, with limited carbohydrate options, an unseasoned and cold omelette, and poor-quality coffee. For those with food intolerances, the staff seemed unaware and did not make an effort to provide gluten-free or lactose-free alternatives.
"Convenient Location & Comfortable Hotel"
I stayed for six nights and was very pleased with the hotel's location and cleanliness. What truly makes me recommend this place is the outstanding helpfulness and knowledge of the staff. Ximena at the front desk was incredibly supportive on several occasions, offering assistance with different matters over multiple days. The customer service alone deserves 5 stars.
"Fine room, friendly staff, okay breakfast"
We stayed here for 2 nights after arriving in Peru. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable for a short stay. Breakfast was decent, and staying on the top floor meant we didn't experience any noise issues, though we can’t say for sure if the neighborhood is generally quiet.
"Nothing empathetic."
This hotel has no empathy and terrible customer service. Their company policies are inflexible, and they do not accept comments, suggestions, or special requests. While some staff members are friendly, the overall experience is overshadowed by the strict and unhelpful approach. Unfortunately, I will not be rebooking with this hotel – it’s a case of paying for the mistakes of others.

"No frills, but good quality"
Not the fanciest hotel in the world, but a solid option in a great location. The room was fine, the service was pretty good, and the breakfast did the trick. People seemed to talk in the hallways at all hours of the day and night, so if you're a light sleeper, keep that in mind. The breakfast, while good, always seemed to run out faster than they could refill it. I suggest hitting breakfast early. The one thing that bothered me was the lack of a small fridge in the room. With all of the physical activity, I really would have liked to spend my evenings with my feet up on the bed with a cold glass of white wine. The front desk will chill beverages for you, but it would be such a step up to have a bar fridge in the rooms.
"Ok for very short stay"
I stayed here for 2 nights and found the staff friendly, the room clean, and the shower and bathroom nice. However, the location wasn’t the most convenient, and breakfast was below average. There was only one lift, which was constantly busy. Compared to another place I stayed at later for the same price, this one fell short in terms of location and overall convenience.
