"Overpriced and Poor Service"
No communication, no support. Completely overpriced for the cheap service provided. They're just at the airport catching tourists—do yourself a favor and find a better agency in Cusco. There are plenty.
"Smooth and Well-Organized 7-Day Tour"
Very good experience. Our 7-day tour went smoothly. The staff were punctual, communicated daily, and handled everything well. While train tickets still require waiting in line, the agency made the rest easy.
"Avoid This Agency – Unprofessional, Disorganized, and Disrespectful"
If you're planning to travel to Cusco, stay far away from this agency. Our experience with them in July was deeply disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. Back in April, we contacted a Mr. Américo, who works with the agency. He reassured us repeatedly that this was a serious and reliable business and that we would receive great service. We asked him to secure train tickets (specifically the ones with the show and snacks) and Machu Picchu entry tickets well in advance. He insisted there was plenty of time, even claiming we could get everything upon arrival in Cusco. We trusted him. Two weeks before our trip, they asked for a 50% deposit and our IDs. When we arrived in Cusco, we went directly to the agency to finalize everything. They recommended Circuit 2 of Machu Picchu and promised it would be suitable for my husband, who uses a wheelchair, while also assuring us he could enjoy the City Tour and other sites. Despite knowing his disability would limit access to some areas, they still charged us full price for his Machu Picchu ticket—which he didn't even need.
"Worst Experience in Peru – Disorganized and Unhelpful"
Terrible experience with both the accommodation and the local agency. Despite asking repeatedly for a 6 AM start, we were told to take the 7 AM bus and meet the group at 8 – but no one showed up. We nearly missed our entry. No one assisting us spoke English, and the agency refused to take responsibility, even falsely blaming us. Now stuck waiting 6 hours for a 7 PM train they booked, with a $50 fee to change it. Absolutely unacceptable.
"Norel seemed nice at first but was completely irresponsible. He abandoned us mid-trip with no money or internet and stopped responding altogether."

"Amazing 2-Day Experience to Rainbow Mountain and Machu Picchu!"
At first, we were cautious because of previous comments, but our 2-day experience seeing the Mountain of 7 Colors and Machu Picchu was incredible! Thank you very much, Norel!
"Do Not Recommend – Poor Service on Rainbow Mountain Tour"
I did the Sacred Valley and Rainbow Mountain excursions. The first was okay, but the second was terrible. The guide told us to return to the van by 12–12:30, but we waited in the freezing rain and snow until 1:30 while he relaxed. The restaurant food was disgusting. I strongly recommend choosing another agency to avoid this bad service and awful meal.
