"Good Cab Service for Local Sightseeing"
I used their cab for a one-day local sightseeing tour. The driver was professional, punctual, and provided good service at a decent price.

We booked Agra Shiv Tour and Travels for a 12-day trip covering Agra to Fatehpur, Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary, Jaipur, and Udaipur. The 17-seater tempo traveller was clean and comfortable. "Terrible Experience – Never Book with Agra Shiv Tour and Travels"
They spoke very politely until the booking was done. Our nightmare began the moment we landed in Agra. We had to wait 1.5 hours for the driver to arrive, with a young child and an elderly father, only for him to show up in a suspected drunk state. As soon as the trip started, the driver demanded cash for fuel, which we paid. Later that evening, around 8:30 pm on a highway, we received a call demanding we transfer ₹20,000 more or the vehicle would not move. The driver then stopped the car. We paid part of the amount just to reach the next city and took a halt there. The next morning, at 6 am, when we planned to resume the trip, the driver returned fully drunk again. The so-called "support" from Agra Shiv was a phone call hours later telling us to continue once the driver was sober. We decided to find another service, informed the company we were discontinuing the trip, and that’s when their true colours showed. Their tone changed completely — they argued with us, demanded we pay return fare for the taxi we had to forcibly discontinue, and are now refusing to return our money. They even spoke rudely about the refund. Unprofessional, unsafe, and dishonest service. Avoid them at all costs.

The cab service was punctual and arrived exactly at the requested time. The standard booking covers the hours from 6 AM to 8 PM, with an additional charge of ₹300 for trips starting before 6 AM or ending after 8 PM.
"Extremely Disappointing and Unsafe Experience"
Trusting this service was the worst decision of my life. The vehicle was dirty, and the driver was sleepy while driving on dangerous mountain roads. His behavior was disrespectful, and he kept stopping at every restaurant or dhaba just to sleep. Every stop turned into another nap for him, making the journey both frustrating and unsafe. Worst experience ever!

We traveled as a family from Agra to Vrindavan by car with Agra Shiv Tours and Travels, and the experience was excellent. They arranged a good, well-maintained vehicle, and our driver, Abhishek, was polite, cooperative, and professional. The price was also reasonable. Overall, a reliable and trustworthy travel agency in Agra.
