"Poor Vehicle Condition and Limited Service"
I booked a sedan for a comfortable ride instead of a hatchback, but was given a car with over 1.5 lakh km and very poor suspension. The driver dropped us at common locations for all sites, asked us to take a tuk-tuk, and refused to drive beyond the common parking lots at sightseeing places.
