"Well-Coordinated Tour with Great Driver, Hotels Could Be Better"

We recently took a tour on 2nd April for Agra, Mathura, and Brindavan. The agency coordinated everything properly, and our Tempo Traveller driver was awesome—friendly, helpful, and a great guide. However, the hotels provided were not up to the mark, though we had opted for budget accommodations. Overall, we are very satisfied with the tour and travel company. Keep it up 👍

"Pleasant Trip with Helpful Driver"

We enjoyed our travels and had a very good trip. The driver was welcoming and took us to every place we wanted to visit. Whenever we had trouble finding a good hotel, they helped us right away. Overall, it was a good experience.

"Mixed Experience – Great Ayodhya Guide but Poor Organization"

Some aspects of the trip were very good, especially our Ayodhya guide arranged by Raj, who was excellent. Unfortunately, other parts were poorly organized. No tour guide met us at the airport as planned, which meant missing valuable background information at Sarnath despite arranging a guide for the entire trip. Traveling with my elderly mother, I had requested a comfortable car in good condition, but we received a low-quality taxi with non-functional seatbelts. I had to repeatedly ask for them to be fixed or for a better vehicle (seatbelts are essential in India regardless of what’s said). The driver himself was very nice, though. I also specifically asked for confirmation about the type of boat for our Ganges trip, as my mother has mobility issues. This was never addressed, and we ended up on a standard boat that was hard to access, rather than being given the option of a larger river cruise boat (which I would have gladly paid extra for). While Raj seems like a nice person, much of the work was outsourced to local guides and taxi drivers. For the price charged, I don’t think it was great value or what we had agreed upon.

"Polite Staff but Overpriced and Inconvenient Service"

Pros – The staff is polite. Cons – Service is expensive, the car provided was in poor condition, they use private cars instead of proper taxis, and they are inflexible with arrangements. For Indian travelers, I’d recommend using Uber for transfers within Agra instead. This vendor quoted ₹6,000, but the same could be managed with Uber for around ₹2,500.
