"Extremely Unprofessional Visa Agency"

This agency is horrible. We contacted them for my son’s Singapore visa and were promised a one-week processing time. After that, Mr. Ranjeet stopped taking our calls. A week later, when we contacted the embassy, we found out they had not even applied for the visa. Because of their negligence, we missed our flight and suffered a loss of nearly ₹40,000. Completely unprofessional and unreliable—avoid at all costs!
