"Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Service in Barcelona"
A fantastic find in a great location! The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding—delicious, extensive, and reasonably priced. Our room was clean and very comfortable, and the shower was one of the best I’ve ever used. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona.

"Comfortable Stay at Room Mate Anna, But Noise Can Be an Issue"
I’m torn in my review of Room Mate Anna. Some negatives were beyond the hotel’s control: road noise from traffic and the underground train, plus a late-night disturbance from noisy guests in the corridor, and occasional AC sounds. To their credit, the staff promptly moved us to another room, and with earplugs, the noise became manageable. The staff were friendly, and the rooms themselves were very comfortable, with a big bed and a powerful shower. Overall, it’s a perfectly decent hotel—just be aware of potential noise if you’re a light sleeper.

This hotel has a serious insect problem, with ants and bed bugs present throughout. The strong smell of mold in the hallways is immediately noticeable and makes staying here extremely unpleasant. My room was full of insects, showing that hygiene and maintenance are clearly neglected. Management ignored my complaints entirely, which is unacceptable given the rates they charge. Cleanliness and basic hygiene standards are completely lacking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone—it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

The hotel provides excellent service, with friendly staff and thoughtful details like snacks at the reception. While there was a slightly unpleasant smell in the corridors, it was manageable and didn’t significantly affect our stay. The pool was under renovation during our visit, but the rooftop bar more than made up for it with its great ambiance. Overall, it’s a very good place to stay and definitely worth considering for your trip.

A lovely and comfortable hotel with spacious, cozy beds and a fantastic breakfast offering plenty of choices. The staff are very helpful, and the shower is spacious and wonderfully hot. Although I didn’t get a chance to use the upstairs bar due to a late arrival, I enjoyed my stay so much that I stayed here twice and would definitely return.

A lovely small hotel, perfectly located just 60 meters from Casa Batlló and close to numerous restaurants and pubs. The reception staff were always kind and welcoming, greeting guests with a smile no matter the time of day. I stayed for three nights and appreciated the convenient location, warm service, and cozy atmosphere throughout my visit.

The hotel has a great location, and our room even had a balcony with doors that could be fully opened. The room was clean, and the facilities were good. We did encounter an issue with the restaurant, as they were unable to provide an evening meal due to a private party—something that felt like it shouldn’t have affected guests. Breakfast, however, was enjoyable and satisfying.
