"Typical family dinner"

The restaurant has a charming local atmosphere and courteous staff. We enjoyed the seafood paella and the duck risotto—both were incredibly flavorful. If you’re passing through Barcelona, I highly recommend giving it a try!

"Ridiculous portions"

The restaurant is very nice, but also quite noisy. The food was flavorful, and we ordered several dishes to share, but the portions were extremely small and expensive—I left hungrier than when I arrived, having spent €40 per person. The service was appropriate, though.

"Small Restaurant, Great Welcoming"

Though small, the restaurant is very welcoming, just like the staff who run it. The butifarra croquettes and artisan bread with olive oil were delightful. The Iberian grip is worth trying, while the entrecôte was less impressive. The fish paella was discreet and rather small for two, especially compared to offerings at other restaurants.

"A good restaurant in the Raval"

A good typical restaurant in the Raval, offering excellent paella and very attentive, fast service. While the menu caters to tourists, the quality is above average and worth trying.

"Paella and desserts great but service to improve!"

We were drawn by the restaurant’s reputation for paella—both fish and duck—and desserts, and the food truly lived up to expectations! The paella was aromatic, well-seasoned, and full of flavor, with the duck version being particularly original and successful. Desserts were also well-prepared and tasty. Unfortunately, the overall experience was marred by the service. We were asked to write a review with the promise of a small gift (“come have a drink and we’ll offer you a chupito”), but when we arrived, nothing was offered, and the drink prices were much higher than expected. On top of that, we were asked for a tip, which left a rather sour aftertaste to an otherwise excellent meal.

"Very good,"

We visited last night and found it to be a very nice and welcoming place. The staff was friendly, and we were served by Noemi, who was exceptionally kind and attentive. The food was very good, and the prices were fair for what we enjoyed. ☺️

"Good place in unhappy area…"

The restaurant has a clean, tidy, and casual feel. The staff were all very polite and helpful, attentive to every request. We enjoyed a good paella and a nice glass of wine, though nothing particularly outstanding beyond that. The cheesecake was a bit too strong in flavor for my taste, but the Torrija de Manuel was excellent. Unfortunately, the location isn’t very attractive, and in the evening, extra caution is advised.

"Good Foods & Staff but Not good location !"

The staff are fun and friendly, and the food is delicious—definitely worth trying. However, the location is not ideal; the route to the restaurant felt unsafe and unkempt, which could be concerning, especially for solo diners. While the restaurant itself is lively and tasty, it may not be worth the risk of going out of your way. Eating on the street nearby might feel more convenient and satisfying.

"The tortilla, false expectation"

The waiter convinced us to stay for dinner, recommending the restaurant for its famous tortilla. We ordered the tortilla, pickled cockles, and Iberian ham. However, the tortilla didn’t arrive on time, and the waitress even began removing our cutlery before we reminded her. We were told the pan was broken and were offered dessert instead, but while browsing the dessert menu, we learned they had gone to get a pan from another restaurant. The tortilla arrived 20 minutes later and was underwhelming. Surprisingly, while all other tables received complimentary shots, we were not offered any. On the positive side, the pickled cockles and Iberian ham were very good.

"Specialities of Galicia"

We enjoyed a well-cooked Galician paella—though those with a big appetite might need to plan accordingly. The waitress was fantastic, cheerful, and attentive. The red wine was excellent, and they even offered complimentary liquor. For adventurous eaters, the daily menu included ravioli with liver.
