"Great Location and Friendly Service"
Comfortable rooms, welcoming staff, and an excellent location. While it may not be a luxury experience, it’s a perfectly pleasant hotel that offers convenience and helpful service.
"Spacious Room with Some Limitations"
I stayed for four days in room 307. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, equipped with a safety deposit box and a flat-screen TV. However, the view was not very appealing, as it overlooked the rooftops of nearby houses. The bathroom was a bit dark but included a hair dryer and basic amenities.

The personnel were very friendly and accommodating, even arranging a gluten-free breakfast for me. While the rooms are a bit dated, the overall experience was positive and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed a spacious room with two double beds, a balcony overlooking the street, and a bathtub. The restaurant served well-prepared, tasty meals, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. Conveniently, the hotel is just one street away from the main tourist area—close to the action yet pleasantly quiet.
"Disappointing Service at Reception"
The reception staff showed little enthusiasm and were unwilling to show us the size of their cot for our baby, which we needed to confirm our stay. Their attitude came across as lazy and dismissive toward potential guests, creating an unfriendly atmosphere. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this hotel.

A great hotel in a quiet part of downtown Arequipa. The staff are friendly and professional, and the property is clean and comfortable. While not luxurious, it’s practical, safe, and offers excellent breakfasts. Highly recommended!
