"Great Value Stay with Minor Drawbacks"
Overall, the hotel offers excellent value at THB 2,500 per night, including breakfast. The facilities are comprehensive, making it a solid choice for budget-conscious travelers. The breakfast area can get crowded during peak hours, and while the spread is generous, the Muslim-friendly section could use more protein options, such as chicken or meat. During our stay, there was a brief water disruption, which was resolved within a few hours. Adding a rain shower in the bathroom would further enhance the guest experience. The location is convenient—just a 5-minute walk to the nearest BTS station—but traffic on the main road can be heavy due to ongoing road construction.
"Great smaller hotel"
I have stayed here many times and always enjoy the friendly staff and excellent service. However, the breakfast has slipped a bit recently. Most of the food in the bain-marie is served cold, and the fried eggs in particular are not good. They could improve the experience by increasing the heat to keep the food warm.
"Hotel private tour arrangement"
The hotel itself was great, clean, and comfortable. However, we had a negative experience with the tour desk at the lobby. The driver arranged a visit to the floating market using an expensive entrance, and the operator charged us 5,000 baht for one boat for three people. We later found out there was a public entrance where the same boat ride would have cost only 2,000–3,000 baht. As a mother traveling with two kids, I paid to avoid any confrontation, but I felt completely overcharged and misled by the tour agent’s arrangement.
"Good Location but Bad breakfast"
The hotel has a great location, and the complimentary shuttle service to shopping areas is a plus. I also appreciated the free popcorn and the Thai costume arrangement. However, the breakfast options are not up to the mark, especially for Indian guests. Many struggled with the limited choices, and there was no live egg station counter.
"Somethings about I experienced"
The staff provided excellent service and were patient in explaining everything. The hotel is well-located, making it easy to explore nearby hot spots. Rooms are clean, tidy, and nicely decorated with thoughtful furniture.
"what you pay and what you get"
The hotel offers a great location near Pratunam, just 500–800 meters away, and provides a helpful buggy service to various drop-off points in the area. The breakfast is a highlight, with many variations, good taste, and an extended serving time until 11 AM. However, the rooms are small, with narrow bathrooms and low ceilings. The windows lack sheer curtains, so when opened, you may be visible to people in the adjacent building. Overall, the room experience feels less worth the price compared to the amenities provided.
"Great experiences"
The breakfast at the hotel was absolutely delicious, and the staff were very friendly and eager to help. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family for their next trip.
"Good location but customer service could use a bit of improvement"
Our check-in experience was a bit rushed, as the staff member did not explain the hotel features clearly, though check-out was much smoother with a more relaxed and communicative front desk team. The hotel’s location is very convenient, offering a free 24-hour buggy service to five locations, including two BTS Skytrain stations and a Suvarnabhumi Airport Rail Link station. However, the buggy service can be chaotic at times—drivers sometimes communicated poorly, leading to confusion over who should get on or off, and crowded rides became stressful. A proper queuing system and better communication from drivers would greatly improve the experience. On the bright side, we encountered two excellent buggy drivers who made the ride pleasant, and the restaurant staff were consistently helpful. The breakfast buffet was standard but satisfactory.
"Great Stay but may consider improving things"
This was my second time staying at the hotel, and I chose it again because our first experience was so enjoyable. We loved the superb breakfast, the comfortable rooms, and the friendly staff—especially the older buggy driver, who remained gracious and apologetic despite long wait times. The front door staff were also welcoming and helpful. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The wait time for the buggy was long, likely because only one was operating, and adding temporary staff during peak hours could help. Not all receptionists were as friendly or efficient as expected. We had four rooms and arrived early, but only one was ready, and there was confusion about the other three, which delayed our check-in until 3pm. Additionally, the carpets on the fifth-floor hallway in the inner building had a lingering smell and could benefit from a thorough cleaning. Despite these issues, we would still consider returning, hoping these improvements are addressed for a more consistent experience.
"Over-promised services, under-delivered in reality"
The hotel is clean, with a good breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. However, the buggy service was a bit disappointing—the driver dropped us partway when we wanted to go to Platinum Mall, and they only stop near BTS stations rather than directly at them. The hotel is around 20 minutes from the main shopping area, which can be exhausting in the heat. Noise was also an issue; the walls are thin, so you can hear neighbors talking or knocking, and the air conditioning was loud at night, interrupting sleep. Laundry facilities were limited as well—of the two dryers and two washing machines, one of each was out of service, making us wait for the other guest to finish.
