"Why go to pub street when you can go here?!!"
Dean and his team have done an excellent job creating a fantastic cocktail bar experience. The menu is full of tempting cocktails — you’ll want to try them all! The food is also delicious; we enjoyed the wontons and the beef and chicken hot pots. You might even spot a few New Zealand touches, from a Crowded House track on the playlist to 42 Below vodka on the menu, a nod to Dean’s Kiwi heritage. Do yourself a favour — this is an absolute must-visit!
"Food not served hot."
I ordered the Black Bean Wok Fried Tofu, but the noodles arrived just warm, not hot. Since I hadn’t had lunch, I expected to enjoy anything, but this still fell flat. Unfortunately, I would definitely not recommend this place.
"There are cheaper cocktail bars"
We stopped here for a drink after reading good reviews and noticing the place was quite busy compared to other cocktail bars on the street. While the cocktails were nice, they were definitely overpriced at $6–$7 each, especially considering you can find the same drinks elsewhere for much less—even two-for-one during happy hour. If you’re only after a cocktail or two, you might be better off going somewhere else.
"Pleasant atmosphere for a cocktail 🍸"
We stopped in for a nightcap and found the Chinese-inspired décor created a pleasant atmosphere, complemented by nice lounge music. The cocktails were good, the staff friendly, and overall it was a lovely way to end a beautiful day.
"Good location and great ambience"
This bar is in an excellent location on the other side of the river from Pub Street. The ambience and décor have a stylish, almost Hong Kong–inspired feel. I didn’t try the food, just stopped in for one drink as I wanted to explore several places in Siem Reap, but it was a nice spot to visit.
"Pleasant evening – cool vibe"
A wonderful venue with a chilled atmosphere and mellow vibe. It’s the perfect spot for a few pre-dinner drinks. I remember visiting the previous location off Pub Street several years ago, and it was lovely then — nothing has changed.
"Great wee bar / eatery with lovely vibe."
This is a great little bar and eatery with a warm, welcoming vibe. We visited for cocktails and food after reading about it in a design magazine, and it didn’t disappoint. The eclectic interior, filled with Chinese antiquities and lanterns, feels like stepping into someone’s home. The staff were very friendly, and both the service and food were excellent.
"Nothing wong at all."
This is a great bar with a wide range of cocktails and friendly service. The quirky décor adds to its charm, and the lively atmosphere makes it a fun spot to spend time. The Negronis, in particular, were outstanding!
"Meh"
The place has a really cool vibe and stylish décor, and our server was nice, but the bar service was a letdown. We ordered two Negronis, and one glass was barely 1/5 full while the other was nearly full. When we asked about it, they blamed the ice instead of fixing the issue. The atmosphere felt oddly flat, and overall, the service didn’t match the warmth we’ve experienced elsewhere in Siem Reap. Sadly, this spot missed the mark for us.
"Get away from the traffic"
The setting here is more pleasant than many of the open café-style bars exposed to passing traffic. However, the cocktails were only average in quality and quite expensive compared to other places nearby.
"food just ok"
