"Comfortable room, excellent location"
We had a fantastic experience here. The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The swimming pool was beautiful, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. We also really appreciated the great welcome drink on arrival. The room was very comfortable, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

"Hotel you want to use again"
From the start, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink, and since the hotel price was higher than usual at the time of booking, we received a complimentary upgrade to a tub room. The room was nicely prepared with welcome flowers on the bed and was very clean. However, being located right next to the reception was less than ideal — I could hear staff and guest conversations when I was trying to sleep early for my Angkor Wat tour the next morning. On the second night, the power also went out briefly around midnight but was restored within about 15 minutes. That said, the hospitality really stood out. Each time we returned, we were greeted with cold oshibori and water, and at checkout we were even offered fresh fruit. The staff were always cheerful, especially Ms. Reap and the ladies at the reception. Breakfast was excellent, and overall service was wonderful aside from the room location issue. I would happily stay here again when visiting Siem Reap.
"My beloved Siem Reap"
I came to my beloved Siem Reap during the Pchum Ben holidays, and it was my first time staying at this hotel. Everything was wonderful—the atmosphere, the service, and the cleanliness. The location is also perfect, just a 5-minute walk to Pub Street. I felt very relaxed here. All of the staff are incredibly kind, and their smiles are truly heartwarming. This is a fantastic hotel in a perfect location. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with air-conditioning, WiFi, and satellite TV. The staff and service are outstanding, and the hotel is just steps away from great restaurants. I stayed for a week and absolutely loved it — highly recommended!

Great staff and a relaxing environment made my stay very comfortable. I loved the Eggs Benedict at breakfast, and the friendly team always greeted me with a refreshing cold towel. The hotel is close to shopping and main attractions — highly recommend this boutique gem!

The hospitality was second to none from the moment we arrived with a warm welcome. The pool was pristine, cocktails at happy hour were delicious, and the staff impressed us by remembering our names and always offering cool towels after a hot day out. The only downside was some noise from a neighboring bar, but even then, the hotel thoughtfully provided earplugs.
