"A very good place to stay ( 5 nights)"
The hotel impresses from the moment you enter, with a nice lobby and lounge area. Check-in and check-out were efficient and fast, and the entire team was exceptionally friendly and professional. Special thanks to Miss Sammy and Samphors for being so welcoming and helpful in every circumstance. The barista at breakfast deserves a shout-out as well—Miss Sreylai makes incredible coffee, always with a smile and genuine kindness. Our room was very comfortable, perfectly sized, spotless, with a nice bathroom featuring a powerful rain shower, and highly effective fan and air conditioning. Breakfast offered good variety, though it may cater more to Asian tastes, which could be less suitable for Western children. The main downside was the gym, which was in poor condition—almost abandoned—with very few working machines (only three, and one was already out of order). It also lacked basic cleaning sprays for users to sanitize equipment, which is important for hygiene. Because of this, I couldn’t give a perfect rating, as daily gym use is important to me. Overall, this is a very nice hotel with a fantastic staff, and I would happily return—provided some updates and improvements are made to the fitness area.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, everything felt calm and welcoming. The lobby carried a soft, pleasant scent, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. My room was spotless and thoughtfully designed—minimalist yet warm. The bed was a dream, with clean, crisp sheets and a pillow that struck the perfect balance between soft and supportive, allowing me to sleep better than I had in weeks. Mornings were peaceful, with gentle sunlight filtering through the curtains, and even the shower pressure was perfect—a small detail that made a big difference. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, and the coffee was surprisingly excellent for a hotel. What stood out most was the overall atmosphere: it didn’t feel like just another hotel, but a restful, quiet, and cared-for space. Whether winding down after a long day or lounging around, every detail made it easier to relax. Overall, it was one of those stays that makes time feel a little slower. Comfortable, clean, and subtly luxurious in all the right ways—I would definitely return.

A superb hotel with unbeatable service. We enjoyed multiple days of dining, and the kitchen consistently delivered spectacular meals. The pool is wonderful, the price excellent, and I would fully recommend this hotel to anyone.
"Suggestion for group of family or friend"
The room was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a beautiful view. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, and I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as complimentary bottled water and a well-stocked minibar.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly, especially Viphop, who was incredibly helpful. The pool was beautiful with a perfect temperature, and we had a fantastic time overall.

Our experience at the resort was exceptional. The location made it easy to get around Siem Reap with tuk-tuk rides. The rooms were bright, cool, and equipped with great amenities. The grounds, restaurants, and pool were all of a high standard. The wellness spa offered a very relaxing massage, and Lina and her team were absolutely fantastic!

The hotel is exotic, surrounded by lush vegetation. The rooms are spacious, and the staff are friendly. However, some details—such as no hot water in the shower and worn towels and bathrobes—need attention from management to maintain the expected standard.

A great hotel with everything you need for a luxury holiday. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the rooms, food, and facilities were all first class. I thoroughly recommend a stay here. If you do, I also highly recommend using Ly Sok for airport transfers and tours (WhatsApp: +855 99 989 592). He was reliable, helpful, and went above and beyond when guiding us to Kulen National Park—truly exceeding expectations. You won’t regret it!
"Good stay"
Our stay had some drawbacks, including a bad Wi-Fi connection, limited breakfast options, and yellow water in the bathroom. On our last night, we were disturbed by a barking dog and a loud group of people, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the food and drinks were tasty, the hotel and room were nice, and the swimming pool and surroundings were beautiful. A special thanks to Vanna for being polite, helpful, and professional—her excellent service truly made our stay more enjoyable.
