"Convenient and beautiful"
The hotel is stunning, combining traditional Cambodian decor with modern conveniences, and is very convenient for walking around Siem Reap. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and responsive. We enjoyed the pools and the sky bar, which were lovely amenities. The only drawback was the beds, which were too firm for side sleepers, leaving my hips sore the next day.
"Did not get the room I booked"
Although I didn’t get the room I booked because it was given to a long-stay guest, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is well-located for Pub Street and nearby attractions. One drawback was the bathroom setup, as there was only a plastic shower screen separating the toilet area from the bedroom.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly, and our rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The location is extremely convenient for tourists—within walking distance to Pub Street, local eateries, and a variety of shops selling clothes and souvenirs. Even crossing the road felt safe, as drivers were generally courteous and gave way.
"Great location, mosquitos and bad wifi"
The hotel is conveniently located very close to Pub Street, yet it remains quiet. The room was adequate and included a bathtub. I stayed for three days, though the Wi-Fi was out for two of those days. I also wish the hotel addressed the mosquito problem, as they remained even after housekeeping efforts.
"centrally located"
Royal Crown Hotel and Spa is ideally situated near night markets, Hard Rock Coffee, and within walking distance to Pub Street. The rooms are generously sized, some featuring small balconies and attractive timber floorboards. The hotel offers good value, with air conditioning in proper working order and friendly, helpful staff who are always ready with a smile. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to future travelers.
"Good location."
The hotel is in a great location, just 500 meters from Pub Street and 100 meters from Hard Rock Cafe. However, there is very little privacy in the bathroom, and the TV offers very few English-language channels. Despite some booking issues with Agoda, my overall stay was reasonable. Personally, I would have preferred a bit more privacy when using the bathroom.
"Awkward but happy"
Although the shower wasn’t heated and one of the lights didn’t turn on, and I had to call for assistance three times, my overall experience was great. I slept very well 💛, and the food was decent. I especially enjoyed some of the Khmer desserts offered at the buffet.
"Highly recommended the Hotel"
I absolutely loved this hotel—everything was perfect. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was extensive and delicious, and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
"Comfort"
The hotel and service were excellent, though it would be better if the cable TV were fully functional. It would also be nice if complimentary items such as cotton buds, a razor, and lotion were included. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would choose this hotel again when returning to Siem Reap. I would also happily recommend it to friends.

The hotel is in a fantastic location at the start of the city, with great restaurants nearby—highly recommend the BBQ/seafood restaurant 7 Mayra right across from the hotel. The facilities are excellent, including a concrete elephant pool and a happy hour offering two drinks for $5. We enjoyed a couples massage for two hours, which was cheaper than off-site options. The rooms are beautiful, the breakfast buffet is free with daily omelets, and the overall hospitality is truly exceptional.
