"Very good experience"
Choose this hotel for its perfect location and overall good value for money. However, if your reservation doesn’t include breakfast, the Ai Fiori option is not particularly worth the price.
"Amazing amenities – gym, club lounge,"
Spent 3 nights here on Labour Day weekend - first visit to this property. We had access to the club lounge and found this experience to be worth the cost of the hotel. The lounge staff was friendly and committed to delivering an amazing experience - from Ender, Randy and all the other attendants we came across. Omelettes were freshly made and delivered and food presentation throughout the day was appreciated. The gym was very busy during our stay and we were still able to find machines and a space to work out in. The gym is huge and well-equipped and spaced. We're a family of 4 (2 teens) and typically have to book 2 rooms - this property has a suite which includes a sofa bed in a separate room along with a kitchenette. The 2nd bathroom doesn't have a shower but it still served our family well. Well worth the price to stay and experience the Langham.

A beautiful hotel and one of the best properties I’ve stayed at in NYC. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and well-appointed. I gave 4 stars because the breakfast was served cold and tasted terrible—only managed one bite before leaving the restaurant.

"Great location, big rooms, great amenities"
The Langham is a fantastic hotel, though it may not match the classic “luxury NYC” vibe of the Plaza or Ritz. The lobby is modest and unassuming, but the hotel truly shines in its amenities, spacious rooms, and exceptional service. It’s an ideal choice for business travelers, offering a central location and attentive staff. While it may feel a bit pricey for what it is, the overall experience is highly satisfying, and I would definitely return. Some highlights to know: the rooms are surprisingly large for NYC, with ample closet space and drawers; in-room amenities are excellent, including an iron, steamer, kettle, Nespresso machine, minibar, notepaper, plenty of plugs, and even a stapler; the bathroom features Diptyque toiletries and a high-quality Drybar hairdryer; and the gym is well-equipped with a variety of machines.
