The Waldorf Astoria New York has always been a legendary hotel, and we were thrilled to experience it after the highly anticipated re-opening. We stayed for one night to celebrate a birthday, and the entire experience far exceeded our expectations—even surpassing the property’s pre-renovation days. The facilities are immaculate and brand new, with beautifully appointed rooms featuring state-of-the-art amenities, including large smart TVs. The true highlight, however, was the staff. In classic Waldorf Astoria fashion, their hospitality was second to none. Noah at the front desk was outstanding—attentive, professional, and thoughtful—ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. He even arranged a wonderful birthday surprise of champagne and cake in our room. We were also delighted to receive an upgrade to a one-bedroom suite with sweeping Park Avenue views, a spacious living area, and two bathrooms. Every element of the stay combined comfort, elegance, and impeccable service. We left with the best memories and are already looking forward to our next visit!
