"An Uncomfortable Long Journey"
This was the most uncomfortable 11-hour trip I’ve ever experienced. The seats were painful to sit on, the blinds wouldn’t open fully so I couldn’t enjoy the view, and the air conditioning vents were fixed open with nails, leaving no option if I felt cold. For such a long journey, you’d expect a larger and more comfortable bus. On the positive side, at least the ride wasn’t interrupted by frequent stops like with other companies.
"Pleasant and Professional Service"
The drivers were very professional and carried a fresh, clean scent, which made the journey more enjoyable. Complimentary refreshments such as juice, water, and milk were also provided, adding a thoughtful touch to the service.
"Incorrect Address Listed on Google Maps"
I followed the address shown on Google Maps, but the location was closed, and the neighbors said the company does not exist there. I also tried calling the phone number listed, but it was incorrect. Please update the correct address on Google Maps. I’m willing to change my review and rating once the information is accurate, but this mistake cost me the whole morning searching for a place that wasn’t there.
"One of the Better Buses in Bangkok"
So far, this has been one of the better bus services I’ve used in Bangkok. The experience was smooth and more comfortable compared to many others.
"Disappointing Seat Quality"
The seats looked much better in the photos online than they did in reality. The overnight coach was extremely tight and uncomfortable, making the journey far less pleasant than expected.

Transport Co., Ltd. was established on July 13, 1930, under the Civil and Commercial Code, originally named Thai Airways Company, Ltd., as the first pioneer of commercial aviation and passenger transportation in Thailand. It initially operated bus routes between Bangkok and Lopburi, as well as Bangkok and Prachinburi. During World War II, the company became a state enterprise and was renamed Transport Co., Ltd. (BorKorSor) in 1938.
