"Terrible Customer Service and Disrespectful Staff"
This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely rude and showed no respect to customers. We purchased two tickets to Bangkok via Agoda, but since one of us could only show a photo of the passport, they refused to let us ride. Shockingly, they told one of us to get off at Hua Hin. Nowhere was it mentioned that the physical passport must be shown at the counter—especially when hotels in Thailand often accept photo copies without issue. The way the staff spoke to us was appalling and completely without manners. I will never use their service again.
"Limited Buses and Uncomfortable Ride"
I took the minibus from Ekkamai to Hua Hin, and it was not a comfortable journey. When I tried to reserve a ticket back to Bangkok one day in advance, it was already sold out. With only two buses operating per day, the service is very limited and makes planning difficult.
"Unhelpful Staff and Poor Service"
The lady working the evening shift is extremely unhelpful—almost like a pointing device. She doesn’t look, doesn’t speak, and makes no effort to assist, regardless of whether you speak Thai or English. For a more friendly and supportive experience, I recommend using Roong Reuang instead.
"Comfortable Buses but Poor Staff Attitude"
The bus itself is very good, with spacious seating and the great option of single seats for extra comfort. Booking is convenient and can be done online, via the call center, or directly at the counter. However, seats get fully booked quite quickly, so it’s best to reserve in advance—especially if you prefer a single seat. For some afternoon trips, passengers may also be dropped off at BTS Mo Chit station, but it’s important to confirm this at the counter beforehand. On the downside, the staff are not friendly and lack a service-minded attitude, which takes away from what could otherwise be an excellent travel experience.
"Limited and Inconvenient Service"
Impressively useless service. There are only two buses a day to Bangkok—one at 9:30 a.m. and another at 1:30 p.m. This extremely limited schedule makes it inconvenient for travelers and leaves very little flexibility in planning.
"Mixed Experience – Good Counter Service but Poor Onboard Communication"
The lady at the counter provided excellent service when we bought our tickets, which gave a good first impression. However, communication on the bus was lacking, as there was no English spoken, which made things difficult for international travelers. The driver was good and professional, but the restroom facilities varied greatly—clean at the Hua Hin station, yet very dirty at the stop in Phuket. Overall, some positives, but definitely room for improvement.
"Terrible Experience with VIP Overnight Bus"
I purchased two VIP overnight tickets, and both rides were extremely disappointing. On the first trip, the driver was three hours late with no explanation or updates from the staff—just a dismissive “sit down.” When the bus finally arrived, the toilet smell was unbearable, spreading all the way to the seats. It was so bad that I had to wrap my head with a spare t-shirt just to get through the ride. I filed a complaint with customer service afterward. On my second ride, things seemed a little better at first, but about four hours in, the same issue happened—the toilet started smelling again. Even though there was a bus attendant on board, she was nowhere to be found. When I reported it to the driver, he simply brushed me off and said “no.” Overall, the service is unprofessional, the buses are poorly maintained, and the staff show little concern for passenger comfort. I would strongly advise against using this company.
