"Unfair Luggage Charges on Kolhapur to Bangalore Bus"
Dear Bus Service Team, My wife had a very unpleasant experience while traveling on your bus no. 6003 from Kolhapur to Bangalore on 25 May 2025. The driver demanded an extra Rs. 250 for luggage, despite us having booked two seats and carrying only three bags—two placed under the seat and one on the seat due to limited space below. This made us feel unfairly treated and uncomfortable during the journey. I kindly request that you look into this matter, as such incidents would discourage us from using your service in the future. "Disappointing Experience with SLV Travels"
I had a very poor experience with SLV Travels. The service felt like second-class, and the staff’s behavior was highly irresponsible. They spoke rudely and unprofessionally to customers, which made the journey very unpleasant. I would not recommend this company.
