Today, on the 6th, I took a different route since AC05 didn’t pass by, and noticed a man who seemed unfamiliar with the bus. When asked, the conductor charged him 18,000 IDR instead of the usual 17,000 IDR. While the difference is small, this is unfair, especially to older passengers or newcomers who don’t know the standard fare. Please ensure staff maintain honesty and do not take advantage of passengers—integrity is priceless, even for just a thousand rupiah.
