"Poor Communication Despite Polite Responses"
The company seems to be struggling with communication. While they respond politely on WhatsApp, they rarely answer the actual questions. It appears to be a good company, but their reluctance to engage properly makes it feel like they don’t want to do business.
"Slow and Frustrating Bus Ride"
I traveled from El Salvador to Guatemala by bus, and the journey took almost 7 hours. I’m not sure if it was due to the driver or heavy traffic, but it was very slow. I would strongly recommend taking a flight instead.

"Terrible Experience with Professional Tour Service"
I booked a Professional Tour Service hoping for a fast and helpful journey. However, when there were issues at the border, the driver and staff simply kicked me off the bus and left me stranded. I don’t speak Spanish, so I couldn’t understand what the problem was, and they made no effort to help or resolve it. I was left vulnerable to criminals at the border. Since then, I’ve tried contacting them to get a refund, but they no longer respond. Absolutely horrible experience.
