"Frustrating Lost Item Experience with FlixBus"
I’ve been waiting for almost seven weeks for an item I left on the bus. Communication has been limited to standard, automated responses, and none of my questions have been properly answered. This experience has been extremely frustrating and shows a lack of customer care. I won’t be using FlixBus again.
"Convenient Network but Service Issues"
The service has some clear positives: a large route network, a user-friendly app, easy booking, and easily accessible stops. However, there are notable drawbacks. Delays are often poorly communicated despite available technology, the bus’s location cannot be tracked, and some subcontractors provide inconsistent service. Issues include unfriendly staff, outdated buses, limited legroom, and unclean toilets.
"Consistently Disappointing Experience"
Almost all of my experiences with this service have been negative. The buses are unreliable and frequently unpunctual, and the so-called “customer service” comes across as cheeky and unhelpful.

This service makes it possible for me to travel at a good price. Thank you for providing an affordable and convenient option!
"Poor Customer Support"
Email inquiries are answered with generic text blocks, and my actual questions are never addressed.
