"Unannounced Stop Cancellations and Poor Customer Service"

They canceled a scheduled stop without any prior warning and offered no refund. When I tried contacting headquarters, the staff responded with annoyance rather than assistance. Such behavior is unprofessional and highly frustrating for passengers who rely on accurate service.

Bus 066 arrived over 30 minutes late at Turin G. Cesare station, continuing a pattern that has persisted for several weeks. For commuters like me, these repeated delays are highly disruptive and result in significant loss of time. Prompt action to improve punctuality is urgently needed.

"Comfortable Trip with Helpful Staff, Minor Etiquette Issue"

The April 29th Parma–Taranto trip was quite comfortable overall. The staff were kind and helpful throughout the journey. One recommendation: drivers should remind passengers not to remove their shoes, as this happens frequently and can be uncomfortable or inappropriate for fellow travelers. Aside from this minor issue, it was a pleasant experience.

"Terrible Experience – Broken Bus and Unreliable Service We purchased MarinoBus tickets for the Margherita di Savoia–Milan r"

We purchased MarinoBus tickets for the Margherita di Savoia–Milan route (about 950 km), expecting the usual comfort and reliability. Instead, we were placed on an older bus from a different company. After just a few kilometers, the bus broke down in Pescara, leaving us stranded for three hours on a highway lay-by. We were eventually transferred to another bus, again not Marino, with no amenities. What was supposed to be an 11-hour journey stretched to 14 hours, causing massive inconvenience. We chose MarinoBus for its reliability and comfort, but the experience was completely opposite — disappointing, frustrating, and unacceptable.

"Comfortable Seats but Poor Cleanliness on Bus 104"

While the seats on Bus 104 from Pisa are comfortable — with ample recline and extendable footrests — the cleanliness was shocking. The floor and seats were absolutely filthy, making the journey unpleasant despite the comfort features. Significant improvement in hygiene is definitely needed.

"Urgent: Clarification Needed for School Bus Stop and Driver Misconduct"

I would like to report a service disruption on School Bus 2. This bus, departing from the megalithic walls, frequently stops near the gas station by the stadium before officially beginning service. Many female students from Humanities High School mistakenly approach this location, assuming it is the bus stop. Regular passengers, including myself, know that the actual bus stop is further ahead at the traffic light. However, this stop is not marked by any pole or sign, causing confusion for students. Today, the 1:25 PM bus driver clearly saw us and other students waiting but chose not to stop, despite our warnings and attempts to catch his attention. I kindly request that the official bus stop location be clearly marked and that appropriate action be taken against the driver for this incident to prevent future safety risks. I look forward to your response.
