"Disappointing Business Class Experience on Leo Express"

I recently traveled with Leo Express in Business Class, and the experience was far below expectations. The washroom was extremely disappointing—unclean and overused, almost like a roadside facility. One passenger visited it ten times in an hour, highlighting the need for a private washroom for premium passengers. The crew, while polite, seemed overwhelmed; our snack only arrived 45 minutes before arrival, showing that premium service was poorly executed. The seating was worn out, didn’t recline properly, and felt more like second-class with a table rather than a true Business Class experience. The cabin classes themselves are confusing and underwhelming—Leo Express might consider removing Business Class and expanding the Premium section instead. Overall, the journey felt dated and disorganized. If a higher-tier fare is charged, it should come with a higher-tier experience, which was sadly missing here.

"Frustrating Ticket Cancellation and Refund Process"

The main issue arises when canceling tickets. I’ve been waiting for a refund for three tickets for over two months, and the company has ignored all my emails. At this point, it seems likely that the matter may have to be resolved in court. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service, as their refund process is extremely slow and unresponsive.

"Comfortable and Pleasant Premium Travel on Leo Express"

I had a pleasant journey from Ostrava to Košice in Premium Class. The seats were very comfortable, the compartment quiet, and the service friendly. Premium Class also includes a few drinks and a meal, making the experience even more enjoyable. I hope Leo Express considers offering service on the Prague – Brno – Vienna route, as their service feels significantly superior to České dráhy. While RegioJet is also excellent, their seats are less comfortable for longer journeys, even in their highest class. The only downside during my trip was the toilet, which wasn’t very clean, though this may have been a one-time issue. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

"Unpleasant Staff and Poor Comfort on Board"

The staff on board were very unpleasant, distant, and disrespectful. If you don’t request refreshments, no one will check on you during the entire 6-hour ride. The air conditioning was set extremely low, making it necessary to wear hoodies even in summer. On the positive side, the cleanliness on board was acceptable, but overall, the journey was uncomfortable and poorly managed due to staff attitude and climate control issues.

"Disappointing First Experience with Leo Express"

I used Leo Express for the first time to travel from Prague to Ostrava, and the experience was very disappointing. Although we boarded at the starting station in Prague, the train departed with over an hour of delay. To make matters worse, the delayed train waited in Přerov for another train coming from the opposite direction to transfer passengers, which caused even further delays. Unfortunately, this chaotic experience has put me off using Leo Express again.

"Reliable and Comfortable Travel on the Renewed Tiger Express Line"

I travel to Wroclaw frequently and have used the renewed Tiger Express line three times already. The comfort is sufficient even when the van is full, the drivers are helpful, and amenities like free water and usable internet work both in the Czech Republic and Poland. The service is fast and reliable, often arriving an hour or more earlier than scheduled. The only drawback is the higher price compared to trains, with fares from Bohumín to Wroclaw usually around 200 CZK, or even cheaper with a student card. However, this is offset by promotions, where tickets can drop to 200 CZK or even 99 CZK if booked in advance. Overall, the experience is excellent, and a 5-star rating is well deserved. 😊

"Lost Belongings Mishandled by Leo Express / Tiger Express"

I forgot my cap on the bus from Katowice Airport to Ostrava and contacted customer service. They informed me it would be available for collection at the headquarters in Bohumín for three months. After a month, when I requested the cap, I was told that after 30 days, lost items are transferred to the Bohumín city office. Upon asking for confirmation that my cap had been transferred, I was sent a photo of a completely different cap and told the item had not yet been moved due to staff illness. It’s unbelievable that a briefcase with 300,000 CZK can be returned safely, yet a simple black cap on Leo Express or Tiger Express seems to vanish entirely. The handling of lost items is extremely unreliable and frustrating.
