"Unsafe and Rude Service on Herceg Novi–Kotor Route"

I traveled on the Herceg Novi to Kotor bus at 12:15 on 23/06. While I respect cultural and linguistic differences, the driver’s behavior was rude, petty, and somewhat aggressive, and his driving was reckless and unsafe. The bus itself was old, dirty, and falling apart, although I noticed the company has newer buses that may offer a better experience. Additionally, the driver claimed he would only stop in Kotor, yet made multiple unscheduled stops along the way. When passengers asked about the stops, he insisted Kotor was the only stop, showing a lack of transparency and professionalism. Overall, the journey was dangerous and unpleasant.

"Outstanding Customer Service from Nomago"

I booked a bus from Ljubljana to Zagreb Airport, and it seemed we were the only two passengers for that trip. Surprisingly, instead of canceling our tickets, the company arranged a private car to take us directly to the airport. This is one of the best examples of customer service I’ve experienced recently. Nomago, you rock!

"Terrible Coach Experience – Avoid This Service"

This was the worst coach experience I’ve ever had. I waited four hours for a coach that wasn’t even the one I reserved. Despite paying a premium price for premium seats, the bus that arrived barely had air conditioning and lacked the features I paid for. What should have been a 3:15 p.m. arrival turned into 7:45 p.m., a huge delay. I strongly advise avoiding this bus service to save your time and money.

"Smooth and Enjoyable Journey with Nomago"

I don’t praise easily, but my trip from Vienna to Rijeka with a bicycle was a real pleasure. The highlight was the drivers—they were helpful, friendly, and handled my bicycle without any fuss, even though I had paid for it. The only minor issue was the Wi-Fi, which worked only once while in Croatia. Overall, a pleasant and well-managed journey, and I’m likely to use Nomago again.

"Extremely Poor Service and Lack of Support from Nomago"

This company is terrible, and I cannot recommend them. We were scheduled for a bus from Ljubljana to Bled, but despite asking almost all the drivers for directions, nobody knew anything. At the information stand, a Nomago employee told us we had already missed the bus, even though it had only been a minute past the scheduled departure. We also tried to call the company, but received no response. When requesting a refund, they asked for “evidence,” which is unreasonable—what are we supposed to show? The empty street where the bus should have been? A video of the employee saying the bus had left? This was a horrible experience, and Nomago should take responsibility and issue a refund.

"Poor Online Service, But Helpful Resolution"

I needed to cancel my ticket from Györ to Mannheim, but the website offered no cancellation option. I contacted customer service and initially received no response, which was very disappointing. Edit: After leaving a complaint on Google Reviews, they finally reached out and were very cooperative. Thank you for resolving the issue, though the initial lack of support was frustrating.

"Mismanaged Shuttle Service – Unreliable and Stressful"

I had a terrible experience with this shuttle service. We had booked a direct ride to the airport in advance, but on the day of travel, we received an SMS and email only 10 minutes before departure saying the bus would arrive in 15 minutes—it never showed up. After calling, we were informed the bus was actually cancelled and that the notifications were incorrect. Their initial solution was simply a refund, leaving us stranded. Since we needed the ride for a business trip, we requested an alternative. They sent us on another bus from a different company without notifying us it wouldn’t arrive on time, which we only realized once already onboard. Only after threatening legal action for misleading communication and selling a service they didn’t provide did they offer an alternative ride that barely got us to the airport on time. Completely unprofessional and stressful.
