"Very mixed"
The menu didn’t offer many surprises, perhaps overshadowed by visits to other three-starred restaurants that week. Some of the wine pairings were unexpectedly interesting, including a volcanic wine, and there were playful touches like Nepalese tea served in a Japanese cup and tomato juice. However, the team seemed unconcerned when I noticed what I believe was an eyelash in the juice of my first plate, which left a negative impression. Overall, compared to the other two restaurants we visited that week, this experience felt mixed.
"Paris, Michelin star: all you need"
We had a great dinner, highlighted by an exquisite second-course meat that was perfectly cooked and not overly sweet. The service from the female staff was outstanding, attentive, and professional, while the male staff were slightly less attentive. It did take some time for the menu to arrive, but overall, the experience was very enjoyable.
"Service a little long"
The food at this restaurant was very good, with each dish thoughtfully prepared and flavorful. However, the service felt a bit slow, especially at the start, as we waited at least 20 minutes before being attended to. Our meal lasted around three hours, which made the experience feel longer than necessary. While the cuisine impressed, a more efficient pace would have made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
"Unfortunate experience"
The cuisine here is very distinctive — a style you’ll either love or hate. Personally, I didn’t enjoy it, as the flavors just didn’t appeal to me. That said, the welcome and service were excellent, warm, and professional, which made the experience pleasant despite my disappointment with the food.
"Dejeuner 27/08"
Overall, the experience was very good, with remarkable discoveries of original and creative flavors. That said, there were a couple of minor points: the wine pairings could be clearer — a cocktail was offered without prior notice — and the lack of a tablecloth slightly diminished the fine dining feel. Despite these small issues, the meal itself was impressive and enjoyable.
"Not a restaurant for vegetarians"
This restaurant fell short for vegetarians. Despite notifying them in advance, the dish served simply had the fish removed and extra filling added, rather than offering a thoughtfully prepared vegetarian option. The main dish was a gray, overly salty risotto lacking refinement and, apparently, missing the Jerusalem artichoke it should have contained. To make matters worse, we paid a high price for this underwhelming dish. That said, the standard menu was excellent, highlighting the contrast between the regular offerings and the vegetarian experience.
"Very well but can improve"
Everything about the experience was excellent, from the ambiance to the overall presentation of the dishes. However, the oyster did not quite meet our expectations — it was served almost frozen, which affected the taste and texture. With a small adjustment, it could easily be a standout. Overall, a very nice place worth visiting!
"Tasty and original dishes very appreciated by the family."
The welcoming was perfect, and the service was both pleasant and highly professional throughout the meal. The only minor drawback was that the presentations of the dishes sometimes felt a bit rushed. A small personal touch or interaction from the chef would have made the experience even more memorable.
"Beautiful discovery"
The restaurant exudes a feminine atmosphere with a peaceful and calming mood. Every plate was beautifully presented, showcasing care and attention to detail. We opted for the 5-course menu, and it was absolutely perfect — a refined and memorable dining experience from start to finish.
"Wonderful"
Always a perfect experience! The service is attentive and polished, with staff providing thoughtful and knowledgeable explanations of each incomparable dish. Dining here is not only a pleasure for the senses but also a learning experience — we always leave delighted and inspired.
