"Very low standards"
Definitely not a 5-star hotel experience! The concierge service was practically non-existent. We requested assistance with booking an appointment, and instead of handling it, the concierge simply sent us a link to fill everything out ourselves — something we could have easily done without their help. Isn’t a concierge supposed to save guests’ time and provide convenience? After that, we sent a complaint to the front desk via email — no response. Upon arrival, we explained the situation to the reception, and they assured us that the head concierge would contact us. Twenty-four hours later, we were still waiting! For the price this hotel charges, the service should be impeccable. Sadly, it’s not worth the money — there are far better options in Paris where staff truly understand what five-star service means.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with elegance and discretion by an attentive staff in a magnificent setting that perfectly blends contemporary Italian design, warm wood accents, and a cozy ambiance. Every detail has been carefully curated to create a true haven of sophistication and comfort. The brunch unfolds in several stages, each one offering a delightful surprise. The highlight, however, is the breathtaking dessert room — a true dream come to life. It showcases a stunning selection of Italian classics like tiramisu, panna cotta, and baba, alongside more daring and creative sweets. This “dessert festival” is a feast for both the eyes and the palate, capturing the essence of haute pâtisserie. More than just a meal, this brunch is a genuine gastronomic and sensory journey, designed to deliver an extraordinary experience in a serene, elegant atmosphere. Beyond the exquisite cuisine, it is the impeccable service that truly elevates the experience. A heartfelt thank you to Nicola, whose attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine warmth made our visit even more memorable. His discreet and caring presence throughout the meal was remarkable. We will certainly return with great pleasure and highly recommend this address to anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or simply indulge in a luxurious and enchanting escape in the heart of Paris.

An excellent place to enjoy refined drinks in a truly chic and sophisticated atmosphere, set in one of the most beautiful and elegant areas of Paris. The neighborhood itself is simply stunning — the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable evening. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the French capital! A special mention goes to the charming Guilherme, whose warm welcome and impeccable hospitality made our experience even more delightful.
"NOT RELYABLE"
I made a reservation at the Bvlgari Hotel through Platinum Amex Travel Agency, and as requested, I paid a deposit equal to one night’s rate in advance. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip, so I immediately contacted Amex Travel to handle the cancellation. Amex confirmed that the cancellation was made within the hotel’s policy timeframe, meaning I was entitled to a refund of my deposit. However, to my surprise, the hotel later refused to refund the amount, claiming that “Paris was in a busy week.” Even more shocking, they admitted that the cancellation was indeed made within policy — yet they still declined to honor it. We have been in ongoing communication with Amex Travel, but so far, the issue remains unresolved. My main point is clear: do not trust Bvlgari Hotels’ policies. They do not respect their own rules or their guests. For a hotel brand that prides itself on luxury and integrity, this experience was truly disappointing and unworthy of their name.

"Best resort food i have had in ages"
When a resort delivers food and beverage at such a high level, it completely transforms the entire experience — and this place was absolutely stellar. Many luxury resorts fall short in this area, offering inconsistent or uninspired dining, but Bvlgari Paris truly excels, turning every meal into a highlight of the stay. While Paris can feel a bit hectic or even unsafe at times, this property created a sense of calm, comfort, and security that allowed me to fully enjoy my business trip. I especially appreciated the indoor pool, a beautiful space to unwind after a long day. As someone who values fitness and wellness, I did find one area that could be improved. I’m not a fan of hotels that outsource or do seasonal wellness programs, and unfortunately, this property follows that model. When another company manages the gym or spa, the brand loses part of its identity. Guests come to experience local culture and the unique spirit of the destination — not a generic, franchised wellness experience. Overall, Bvlgari resorts are nearly perfect, and once they refine their wellness concept to reflect the same excellence as their dining and service, they’ll truly set themselves apart from every other luxury brand in the world.

However, the initial reception experience could be significantly improved. Upon arrival, the hostesses’ cold demeanor and a rigid guest placement system create a rather impersonal atmosphere, sometimes giving the impression that certain guests are prioritized over others, which can leave an uncomfortable first impression. That said, Marine, one of the waitresses, truly stood out for her kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. Her attentive service and genuine smile brought a much-needed human touch to the experience. Overall, while the ambiance and facilities remain exceptional, I hope management takes this feedback into consideration to ensure that the warmth of the welcome matches the beauty of the setting — something that would make the experience truly flawless.

The hotel sits beautifully on Paris’s Right Bank, along the prestigious Avenue George V, just a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe. The design is breathtaking — a perfect blend of modern elegance and the timeless luxury that defines the Bvlgari brand. This is the seventh Bvlgari Hotel worldwide, originally inspired by the brand’s roots in Milan. Although my stay was short, every detail was flawless — from the stunning interiors to the excellent service at the bar. Merci to all the team for making my stay unforgettable!
