"Cuddly hotel bar"

The hotel is beautifully furnished, with a distinctive and stylish appearance. The service is attentive, sympathetic, and non-intrusive, making for a truly comfortable stay. The selection of drinks is excellent and leaves nothing to be desired, adding the perfect finishing touch to the experience.

"Comfortable chill out – clever diversification"

This venue is truly wonderful, with top-notch staff from the on-duty manager to the waiting team. The cocktails are excellent, and the upbeat music adds a lively touch without spoiling the sophisticated ambience. The clientele is diverse, ranging from younger and older couples to unique pairings, creating an interesting social mix. Prices are reasonable for the venue, though aficionados of premium spirits, particularly malt whisky, may notice they’re on the higher side. Overall, a highly enjoyable experience with great drinks and impeccable service.

"Still my favourite but what happened to decent nibbles with the drinks?"

I visit Le Bar du Bristol every time I’m in Paris on a Friday night, sometimes up to four or five times a year. The atmosphere is perfect with subdued lighting, a lovely DJ, and very attentive staff. While the cocktails are top-notch, the nibbles served with drinks have declined in recent visits, particularly in April. Prices are high (27 euros per cocktail), but that’s fine—I’d rather pay for a truly enjoyable experience than settle for a watery drink. That said, the mini black olives, macadamia nuts, and unsalted potato squares are a letdown. It would be great to see a return of cashews—or even peanuts, pistachios, almonds, Bombay mix, or some quality crisps. A few sweeter, refreshed cocktails on the menu would also be a welcome update. Overall, the bar excels at what it does best, and I’ll be back in late August!

Accustomed to palace bars, we were particularly delighted by the Bristol Bar. The cocktails were flavorful, and both the setting and service were impeccable, making for a truly enjoyable experience.

"Top bar"

Before dining at Epicure, enjoying a drink at Le Bristol Bar is a brilliant way to spend time with friends. The staff is fantastic—helpful, attentive, and always available. The bar itself is spotless and well-maintained. There’s a wide selection of wines, with the Gevrey-Chambertin being exceptional, and the non-alcoholic options are just as impressive. A truly delightful pre-dinner experience.

"Perfect…"

We began my daughter’s birthday celebration with a small drink at Le Bar before heading to Le "114". Only one table near the door was available, but the manager graciously seated us. The bar is one of my favorites, with opulent seating and a general sense of comfort. The DJ played at just the right volume, creating a perfect atmosphere. The two servers were graceful and efficient. I must admit the bill—€78 for two glasses of wine—was a bit surprising, but as the French say, “Quand on aime, on ne compte pas.” A small detail with the door aside, this experience would have earned five stars. We will definitely return.

"First class experience!"

Le Bristol Bar is simply one of the best bars in Paris—and arguably the world. Every aspect of the experience is first-class, from the special atmosphere to the exquisite drinks and attentive staff, who are helpful without being intrusive. The bar can get busy, so arriving early is a good idea to secure a seat. There’s also a delicious food menu to complement the drinks. It’s not cheap, but it’s worth every cent. A special highlight is their recently re-introduced ‘Chilli Chilli Bang Bang’ cocktail, now with a pineapple twist instead of capsicum, which remains superb and my personal favorite. Don’t wait for a special occasion—treat yourself and visit soon. Highly recommended!

"Nice Drinks in Hotel bar"

We visited this bar based on recommendations and were pleasantly surprised to find it is part of a beautiful hotel. The atmosphere is lovely, though it has a typical American-style 5-star hotel vibe. The drinks are truly fantastic, and you can order anything you like. At €22 per cocktail, the price is reasonable for the quality provided.
